Rodeway Inn Pronghorn Lodge

The location was easy to find and provided a good jump start to the 2-hour drive to Grand Teton National Park the next day. It was a little far away for us, but the price made it worth staying out a bit. The rooms was adequate and met our needs well.

The breakfast was more "continental" than full. It was carb loaded with the only protein being small, sugary yogurt or peanut butter. I would have liked a bit more options for a balanced breakfast considering I chose this location for this addition.

The reviews were good for this property - but you never know how it's REALLY going to be, especially in a small town like Lander, Wyoming. The hotel itself was very clean and located very near all the shops, restaurants, etc. It has a lot of charm and character which we liked. The price made the Pronghorn Lodge a great value for the money. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

The only reason I didn't give it a '10' was because housekeeping never made it to our room (we were there for several days). Now this was OUR fault - housekeeping only came around in the morning and we were exhausted from the earlier part of our trip so we were never up and out of the room before noon. I just wish there had been afternoon housekeeping service.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, we always had plenty of clean towels, etc. The rooms are a dated, but they were clean. The price was great. There was a small river running at the back of the property with a quaint little sitting area down by it to take in the beautiful nature. The whole place was quaint, with a cabin-like theme. It was right next to the Ox Bow restaurant, whose breakfasts were great. They had great cinnamon rolls also (big enough for 2 people to eat).

The only thing we didn't like is that the hot water didn't last as long as you expect in a motel.

Surprise! It's a Rodeway, and you would NEVER know it. This place is clean, friendly, comfortable and priced right. I've never had great experiences at Rodeways. But with this being one of the only hotels left to book, I took the chance. And I am HAPPY I did. it's obvious the staff here pay attention to detail and care for the property. I will definitely stay here again!

The room had a subtle smell of Guinea pigs? Maybe the last tenant had a few friends traveling with them. It was not horribly over powering and not too concerning though. The brand of muffins for breakfast was strange tasting. That's all. Otherwise this place was fantastic!

Enjoyable, simple breakfast. Clean rooms. Incredibly kind staff.

I would love to see the addition of a door chain or equivalent to keep the door from opening completely. Our toddler figured out the door and deadbolt almost immediately. A chain would give us a little more peace of mind

Great and comfy room with tasteful decors. The terrace by the river is exceptional.

Breakfast is the bare minimum. Plastic packages and sterile presentation. With a few improvements it could take the experience to a different level. Add fresh bagels, butter and cream cheese. Get freshly baked goods from Lander. It's a beautiful town with a little cal bakery. Why not mirror this impression!

Location, friendly staff, pet friendly with reasonable fee. Super clean. Quiet. Continental breakfast. Impeccably clean hotel room.

Carpet could use an update but since we stayed in a pet friendly room it was ok. Room was meticulously clean and very comfortable.

We didn't do breakfast at the motel. McDonalds is close so we chose to skip over there. The motel was fine, we requested a 2nd story room and got it, but there was construction going on in the parking lot, with heavy equipment and an asphalt patch needed. The room had everything we needed, was clean and comfortable. We'll likely stay again when visiting friends in town.

The parking situation on the creek side of the motel is miserable and tight. Maybe a pet peeve, but the toilet was child size. I realize they need to plan for families, but the tiny toilet is a pain. Traffic noise off the Main Street was loud. Ran the fan continuously on the heating/cooling system to be able to sleep.

The facility is an older facility but very well maintained. The room was spotless and quiet. For the price, this place was a great find! Restaurants all within walking distance. The breakfast was basic, but there was a restaurant nearby for those who desire more. The staff was very friendly.

The overall location of the motel was great. When I couldn't sleep, I would sit outside and listen to the Popo Agie River. The Oxbow has some awesome food. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Was very disappointed that they had taken out the bbq grills. We were depending on them to cut the cost of eating out. The shower chair in the handicap room was an accident waiting to happen. Legs weren't long enough for it to rest on the floor of the tub and also on the floor of the bathroom.
