amenities and good hot breakfast. aesthetically pleasing

I booked this place a while ago. Before arriving, I noticed the price for my room dropped by 60$. So I cancelled my reservation and rebooked for the better price. When I arrived, the clerk tried to tell me I had 2 reservations. I said no, I cancelled one and then rebooked. She stated she’d tell her manager and proceeded to charge me the price of the cancelled reservation. I showed her my current reservation and price and she corrected it.

Reasonably clean, quiet we were only 2 guests so quiet inside too. The person who greeted us was polite and welcoming.

We were only 2 guests and we had to call hotel number for anything we needed, team member lived off site at 5 mins away so not too reassuring. Pool was closed, breakfast was very spartan, 1 yoghurt only, no waffles, no fresh fruit. It might have been better to not have opened until hotel was ready or at least let us know in advance so we could decide what to do. Even thr offer of a discount would have been appreciated as we did not receive all services expected.

While the hotel is a little older, it was very clean. The staff was very pleasant and the provided breakfast was very nice. The sheets and towels were soft and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The price I paid with the online booking.com was amazing and I appreciate that great value!

The lining on the curtain for the window appeared to to be damaged by the sun and should be repaired on the side hems. That was the only thing I saw that could be improved.

The service was fantastic. Despite very few rooms being available throughout town, the concierge was incredibly helpful and managed to find a room for us. I also made a mistake while booking and they corrected it without any trouble.

For the value we got, I don't have any complaints. You can spend more than twice as much across the street, but I don't think you'll get twice as much for your money elsewhere in town. Very happy with the accomodations.

Loved this smaller town and hotel near the Tetons...great cool weather for July, mountain views in the distance, very scenic and comfortable...nice restaurant just down the street...hotel is modern, clean and fits the location perfectly...good hot breakfast...and less pricy and touristy than Jackson...easy drive thru there the next day with lots to look at along the way

No complaints...would stay again

Pinedale Hotel and Suites was an excellent choice. They had a phenomenal breakfast 😋 They had several different options. The staff was very friendly. The only complaint was the hottub needed cleaned, but that could have been me being picky. We will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Check in was very good. Guest laundry facilities were essential for our backcountry hiking break. Rooms were fine and a good deal at the price offered. Breakfast was standard fare. Pool and hot tub were very good. The lobby was a good, comfortable place to hang out

The room was clean and comfortable and staff was professional and friendly. The hotel was easy to find and just on the edge of town. Downtown Pinedale is cute with some fun restaurants and a great coffee shop. We appreciated that breakfast was included in the stay.

Room was very nice sized and clean. It did have a microwave and refrigerator, although the fridge made a loud clunking noise all night long. Breakfast was good, although there was an issue with keeping the items stocked.

The wifi was non existent and the fridge was very loud all night long.

Very friendly service, clean room, felt well maintained. Easy to find. Parking was easy. Door locks were modern and functioned well.

Wish the room had a hard floor instead of carpet. Bathroom was pretty small. Breakfast had almost no GF options. All said, I didn’t mind any of that much!
