SO clean. I don't typically stay at motels, I have a motel phobia and I only stay at nicer hotels. I was very nervous about it but we decided to go to Saratoga at the very last minute. I was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The desk attendant was pleasant and helpful. Our room was immaculate which is the most important thing to me. It was nothing fancy but it was charming and did I mention clean. The hotel is right on the river and they have a nice yard with a fire pit, outside games, bbq grills etc. They also have bikes and snow shoes for you to use. I will definitely be coming back.

For all appearances, it was clean. We liked that it was close to parking. The firepit is great.

(1 of 2) There has to be a better place for smokers. Without exception, every time we came through the "back" door, someone was standing their smoking. Couldn't avoid it, and I really don't like to breathe or smell like smoke. (2 of 2) We came in late in the evening to discover we had to conserve how much toilet paper we used because the roll was almost empty! We've never stayed where there isn't an extra roll provided for this exact situation. And, for two people, one more hand towel would have been great.

I really enjoyed the nod towards green practices especially since the town is located next to the Platt River and a beautiful wilderness range. Huge fan of the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers finally showing up instead of one use mini bottles. Loved the patio to sit and watch the river and multiple areas to relax. Didn't get to use the grill but will on a return trip.

The heater went off and on alot but might have to do with the slight gab I noticed at the threshold the next night so I put a towel there.

This is an older property that is in the middle of a renovation. With that said, the older room was Fine, clean, very spacious, fridge, microwave ,table and chairs in room. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The staff at front desk wonderful women, friendly, knowledgeable about the area. The location is wonderful, you walk can everywhere from hotel Very nice surprise is the out door area in back, with chairs, fire pit, sitting overlooking the river. Price also very reasonable . I will return next year and get an updated room.

Bathroom a bit funky, but that will probably Be renovated by next year. Totally functional, just an odd layout.

There was only a coffee option which was wonderful for the guest. One day I was going to walk to the Hot Springs in town. And the Front Desk Ladies suggested I use one of their Bikes they have for the guest. No cost as well. It was a perfect day. Some exercise and some soaking.

A bigger fridge. We brought our own food to get thru the days . The frig was just not bug enough for all we brought cold.

The motel is located on the banks of the North Platte, and only four blocks from the restaurants and stores along Bridge Street! The motel is also pet-friendly, and continues to be locally-owned and operated. Kim, Jude, and the rest of the staff were friendly and accommodating to our needs!

The motel is currently under phased renovation, but outside of daytime work hours, the rooms and parking lot were quiet. We're excited to go back and see the motel after the improvements are completed!

This is My 2nd stay at this property. This is an older motel that has been totally renovated. Not only have the rooms been updated, the grounds are wonderful sitting on the river with a fire pit ,outdoor chairs, and even grills. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. Finally the owners are also wonderful.

The whole property has clearly been well maintained and cared for and updated. The room was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The check in process was so easy and the staff were helpful and friendly, even when busy.

The wifi was a little weak, but I was still able to stream a movie.

Right away staff was super friendly & social ~ room was very clean, bed was COMFORTABLE, very top. notch stay for the value!! Had a gas fire lit at night next to the river and actually was proposed to as the moment was so perfect! Definitely recommend staying here, no complaints at all.

Rooms were very clean, as was the property. Beautiful deck outside overlooking the river. Gas firepit was turned on in the evening. Propane grills were provided, if one wanted to cook. The staff were super friendly and accommodating! Short walk to downtown Saratoga. Great place for a great price (and we could have our pup stay with us!)
