We arrived very late at night. We were on a long road trip and my daughter was suffering a migraine. Courtney was so nice and helpful. While standing in the lobby I reserved online for the booking.com rate. The reservation did not come in to their system right away. Courtney selected a quiet room near the door pfor us and let us go to the room while she waited for the confirmation and slid the paperwork under the door later. Her thoughtfulness and kindness made all the difference that night. The room was very clean. I felt very well taken care of. The next morning the front desk staff and the hotel manager were also very nice. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again the next time we are in Sheridan.

We we're moving for work, driving an 20' UHaul with a car trailer attachment. This hotel was perfect for this purpose. It was easy on/easy off the highway. There were large parking spots for RVs/trailers that did not require reversing to get in or out of. Also, they allow pets. Very clean and nice overall--a great value!

Tyler gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner. We loved this hotel, and will be trying to stay here on our way home. Grass was excellent.
People have not picked up after their dogs, but we tried to help clean up while we were there.

The location was good, right off the highway and the cleanliness of hotel was nice.
We wish the breakfast would of had a few more hot food options, and the air conditioning took a while to cool off the room. It should have been set to 69/70 degrees on a hot day, it took so long to get comfortable in the room.

The rooms weren't ready for check-in at 4pm.

The room was very clean & comfortable. Shower had ample hot water and plenty of clean linens. Bed was very comfortable.
We only stayed one night, we didn't experience anything negative.

Clean, 1 exit off the highway
Tiny pillows, cramped bathroom. On date of arrival $104.70 was debited from my account. That was the price of the room. The following day, date of departure, an additional $124.70 was debited from my account. No explanation. Now I have to contact them to resolve this issue.

It seemed like a new build. I liked the vinyl flooring and the cleanliness. The walls looked clean and modern. The eating place was nice.
