The staff was extremely friendly and helpful for each need. They arranged for us a taxi transfer to the train station. Even if arrived before checkin time they allow to enter our room. The room was really big, confortable and the courtesy kit was present. The typical breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Cozy and warm room, very spacious and beautifully decorated. Good sleep quality, strong wi fi signal. Location is superb too and the staff was very friendly :) Breakfast was tasty and coffee was really good. The only improvement I'd suggest is would be nice to have fresh vegetables, sausages / ham and cheese also.

Perfect location to explore old Bukhara, extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Farrakh who recommended restaurants and places to see beyond the old Bukhara sites. He also helped to arrange transportation. The jams at breakfast were particularly delicious.

Perfectly located, very nice courtyard to relax, rooms were very nicely decorated, breakfast was good (but different from what we are used to), overall great.

Bathroom needs a little upgrade, the staff always tries to help, but their english needs improvement.

This little charming property is very centrally located near main Bukhara attractions. The staff is very welcoming especially Timur Malik at the reception. Breakfast is amazing - what they served for the 4 of us would have been enough for 6 pax! Fresh hot bakery, omelette, cheese patties and fresh fruit - a feast!

Exceptional location, cafe chalet on your doorstep. Extremely friendly staff - Timur literally would ask us if he could make our stay any more comfortable every time he saw us! So kind and helpful. Room was beautiful, clean and big (triple room) Would Highly reccommend!

If is a small hotel run by family. Very well maintained, neat and clean.Location is excellent close to old city and different monuments.Different restaurants are within walking distance. Staff is well trained and speaks good English.Gulruh at reception is very cooperative and takes good care of guests.

Everything was nice, especially breakfast 🥞 and location of hotel 🏨 the design of the hotel is so interesting u feel the East culture. All fabulous places are close to your hotel. Square PO-I-KALYAN, Labi Hovuz, citadel ark, zindan. In the evening u can leave your room and just walk in the street u can enjoy local or international food in restaurants and listening to music 🎶 amazing place.
