The check in staff was so gracious and friendly and took care of us very quickly. Although we arrived prior to check in time they had our rooms ready and available to us. The room were very clean and comfortable. The hotel is the best in Samarkand in terms of level of service, comfort, location and above all recognition. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms and the food were just perfect. Strongly recommend the hotel to friends and family. Very modern with a variety of services. Good hotel for the price 💰. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and will definitely return next time I'm in Samarkand.

The manager and his staff could not have done more for us.  He was incredibly helpful, cheerful and friendly and would call taxis at any time day or night, ensuring we got the best deals.  The hotel was very comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were excellent and the laundry service rapid.  There was a nice courtyard where we could relax and the rooms were generous in size.  We could not fault this property and would thoroughly recommend it.  Well done to them!

A little far from the main sights to walk every day but taxis were readily available and cheap.

Great, comfy stay + Excellent location just a ten min walk from Bibi khanum mosque. Good, central, Accessible neighborhood. The hotel was Impeccably clean, changed towels every day, good variety in breakfast. Beautiful yard. Renovated room and bathroom, air conditioning, comfortable mattress. The owner and family is friendly, hospitable and speaks great English. He suggested us hidden gems in town. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it. - Only the manager speaks English and communication is not always easy.

Me and wife were visiting Samarkand, Uzbekistan. We really loved the architecture of this hotel, it felt like a home from the first sight. The owner Samandar personally checked us in and it was an amazing experience. The breakfast was served the next morning, there no words that can describe how amazing it was. So many choices and amazing tasty food. I would recommend anyone who is visiting Samarkand, Uzbekistan to try this hotel and I assure you that you will fall in love.

Lovely front of house staff, great breakfast spread, clean room, really good air con, copious amounts of water given to you - they are really lovely and very helpful.

The breakfast finishes at 9am, which is a bit early for me because I am particularly lazy and bed loving, but it sets you up for a good day as the sun is hot by midday anyway.

The owner is extremely helpful and kind. The location not very central but anyway at a walking distance from main historical sites. Impeccable cleanliness.

Bed are quite firm but apparently in Uzbekistan is a must.

The hotel owner is kind, and the stay was very nice. Within 20 mins to key attractions by walk. It is a beautiful and cozy house.

Great place to stay in Samarkand, the rooms are modern, everything is very clean, there's great water pressure in the shower, no issues with hot water, noise isolation is also good. Room cleaning service is provided daily if needed. The breakfast is served in the patio outside, and offers a great choice of national pastries, more traditional pancakes and eggs, fruits, etc. There's water, tea, coffee and juices available. The hotel is at walking distance from Bibi-khanym mosque (20 minutes) but you can also order Yandex taxi (all rides in city center were 1-2€ worth). Everyone at the hotel is extremely nice and accomodating and will help with anything they can, just ask. All in all great place, highly recommend, best hotel we stayed at in Uzbekistan!
