This is a great hotel. Conveniently located within walking distance of Shah-I-Zinda, one of the best sites in Samarkand. The staff was helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, had working AC, and even heated drying racks for clothing. The pool was great for the whole family and had a bar where you could order decently priced drinks.

The sauna is $15 PER PERSON. Definitely not worth it. Breakfast was a bit small and not a buffet, but I think that’s just because it was off season.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. Clean. The breakfast is very good and the hotel staff is extremely friendly. Historical landmarks in close proximity of the hotel.

Located on the other side of the Shakhi Zinda mausoleum, make the view from the hotel 10:10. Really good for beating the crowd in the morning/sunset. The room was spacious, bed very comfortable and the free filtered water was a plus in the roasting heat. We were a group of 10 people in the hotel and it was great to have the outdoor space next to the pool to meet up at. An ATM just outside the hotel is also VERY handy. For the price, this hotel is very good value for money.

Breakfast was sort of basic, similar to same range hotels in Uzbekistan. It’s sufficient, but don’t expect too much (melon and fruit was very fresh and tasty).

The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

Helpful staff they helped us with a transportation issue when streets were closed because of a marathon and we could not get our train! Location within 1/4 miles to 2 mikes walking to most Samarkand attractions

No restaurants in the immediate area a bit of a walk to any decent restaurants.

Friendly and helpful staff, fairly central area but you have to walk at least 15 minutes to reach the area of interest. Excellent value for money.
