Location was perfect. Mick & Vicky and their staff were perfect hosts, nothing was a problem. We stayed in a Deluxe Marquee, glamping at its best. Just like a hotel room but made of canvas. Ensuite bathroom, fridge, shelves for clothes and air con, perfect. The restaurant was great and catered for everyone, the food was cooked perfect every meal for all 6 days here. A good choice for breakfast. Snorkeling straight off the beach. Dive shop if you wanted to go deeper. Kayaks for exploring other nearby islands. Car and quad bike hire. Swimming pool was clean and had a smaller section for kids. Go visit Turtle Bay Lodge, you will not be disappointed.

Everything!! The accommodation was generous in size, very clean and comfortable with fabulous views and a great aesthetic! The menu was extensive, featuring local cuisines and delicious! The location is superb, very central to major attraction such as the Blue Holes, horse riding and diving sites. Management will organise transfers, trips and tours for you. We were part of a large group and we were all very well looked after. The staff were simply amazing, friendly and efficient, they could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Excellent value for money: accommodation, meals and activities! Would highly recommend Turtle Bay Lodge!

I could not find fault with anything.

Everything. Excellent service, in every way very well managed place with great eye for details and an atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Our room was so comfy, cleaner than clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. The whole lodge is beautiful with lots of cozy places to relax. Restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great, everything we had during our 4 days was super delicious (also lots of yummy vegetarian options). There is no real beach but easy water access and lots of hammocks, chairs, lounges and sunbeds right by the sea overlooking beautiful turtle bay. Location was also a huge plus for us. Not too far from champagne beach, close to the blue holes and not too far from Luganville and the airport either. Having a rental car was great for us, but the lodge offers lots of tours, so it’s not a must have here. Finally the staff was just amazing, from housekeeping to restaurant/reception staff or the management itself - everyone was so friendly, helpful and did just a great job. This was not the most expensive place we stayed in in the south pacific region but by far the best so far. One of our favorite spots ever (and we do travel a lot all over the globe). Highly recommend!

That we ended up spending more on food/drinks than planned - not because it was more expensive than we thought (prices are totally fine here, not overpriced if you keep in mind, that food in general is expensive on the south pacific islands), but because the food was so good, that we ate a LOT. :D

Turtle Bay is gorgeously located. A stunning spot to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet with generous sized rooms. Mick, Vicky and their team are so welcoming, and I was very well looked after. They helped to organise my day trips, a massage (waterfront, highly recommend), canoeing etc. Really helpful. Water views are gorgeous. Continental fresh breaky is included daily of toast, fruit, lime juice and cereals. They also have a pool. And a handy adults only side to the resort for individuals like myself travelling solo, which I appreciated.

There are no local shops to walk to so I would recommend picking up some snacks when in town to store in your fridge. I was surprised tea wasn’t included in the price with the continental breakfast.

Great accommodation with a lovely vibe. This dive lodge is just the right size, comes with everything you need and lovely staff. Highly recommend the whole baked fish (asian style) too - we had it twice we loved it so much. The family beach front villa, was perfect for 2 adults and 2 teens. It was so nice to go to sleep with the sound of the waves, wake up to a sun rise coffee on the spacious deck and a glass of wine on the beach at night looking over to Deny Island.

More sunshine please. Grateful for the 3 days we did have in the sun, swimming with the fish and kayaking the bue holes.

We ended up staying in 4 different resort type places in Vanuatu (2 only for 1 or 2 nights) but this was easily the best place by far. We spent 7 nights here. It's a great combination of comfort / luxury and casualness / easygoing. The staff were wonderful and the food was really really good - with a great variety, so that across 7 days and nights we only doubled up on our favourite dishes a couple of times. Food and drinks (especially) were a little cheaper than most other places. The only real drawback is that it's a bit far away from anything else. But if you're at that mood of the holiday where you just want to relax, with a couple of organised excursions, then it's great. If you're at all physically capable of it do not miss the kayaking to the blue hole!

Maybe be a little bit more organised on when the activities available were being run and needed booking, but i admit this was partly our fault. No "happy hour".

The lodge is in a fantastic spot. Away from the crowded town and close by to the main tourist attractions such as blue holes, beaches etc. It was great that we could rent a quad bike and do a self tour of the island. We had special dietary requirements and the chef was very accommodating to make these adjustments. It was much appreciated . Very comfortable outside relaxing areas under the palm trees. We would love to come back one day again 🏝️☺️

It would be quite good if the menu could be noted with special dietary guidelines such as gluten free, vegan etc. Nevertheless the staff were very accommodating when we asked and ensured that we get the right food. We didn’t go hungry that is for sure ☺️

We absolutely loved this resort! The staff and management were all so fantastic and really made our trip. The team go out of their way to help organise day trips and tours, making sure we got the most out of our stay. Nothing was too much trouble! The location is both stunning and convenient, being central to many of the blue holes, beaches and waterfalls. The food is delicious with plenty of options. The rooms and resort grounds are all perfectly maintained, modern and more than comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Santo.

Location and facilities are excellent and quiet, glamping experience; the staff is super helpful and friendly. Food at the restaurant is great too. Room have direct access to water for swimming, diving , kayaking and at close distance there are crystal clear blue holes to visit. Highly recommended (just mind that the place is about 40 minutes drive from the Louganville airport, so you will have to organise local transport on your own or through the hotel).

The location was absolutely beautiful, ocean front, private tropical Oasis. Staff were just wonderful, felt like part of the family. Nothing was too much trouble, activities were as much or little as you wanted.

I struggled with the heat and no air con in the ocean front double rooms was hard with nil breeze coming through at all. It was a cold shower before bed then fan at full speed to be able to sleep.
