Great staff who took the time to chat and give great local information. Amazing views from our room. We loved watching everyone go past in banana boats to get to school/town Entertainment every night.

The room was comfortable, but in need of a refresh, particularly the bathroom. Everything worked, and post travel restrictions and twin cyclones, some wear and tear is to be expected.

The staff are so helpful and will do what they can to make your stay enjoyable. The island is close to the main town centre by access with a short ferry trip that runs 24/7. The facilities are great including multiple pools, kayaking, a well equipped gym and of course restaurants serving delicious food. The snorkelling at Snorkelers Cove was incredible.

Nothing to dislike

We stayed in the deluxe villa on the waterfront it was stunning, very clean with the most comfortable beds, perfect for a family

The breakfast was sensational and high quality. Fresh omelette made to order. Buffet hot and regularly monitored. The pastries were delicious. The rooms were large, comfortable and the balcony a perfect size to rest read a book and take in the ocean view. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The restaurant Little Italy is a lovely spot but incredibly noisy as it's all hard surfaces. The addition of washable rugs on the tiled floor and some island wall hanging would make this an excellent venue for four or more people. At times the main meals could be hit-and-miss in the Azure restaurant. The wine list was as dull as. Considering there is a French and Australian connection, I did feel more effort could have done into choosing the wines.

Lovely pools. Friendly staff. Large and comfortable apartment. Extremely pleasant pls e to stay. Easy ferry to Port Vila. Great location. Good breakfast.

All minor; lots of work going on - improvements/maintenance. Apartment we were in didn’t have laundry, some we understand still do but phasing out? Trip/tour options through resort are ok - use for convenience otherwise go external for better value and quality.

booking for a themed dinner 3 days before ..... again, asking if still going to happen that morning and told yes ... go on resort sunset tour get back for dinner at 7-30 and told it had been canceled .... NOT HAPPY

Lovely spot close to town to go to other restaurants, short boat trip to town that was free. Nice restaurant and pool facilities. Overwater Bure was nice and comfortable bed. Choice of pool areas, sunset pools were usually quiet and no problem getting a lounger. Happy hour during sunset was lovely at the top bar. Snorkel cove was good, reasonable fish life but the area needs tidied up. Staff friendly.

The alley way to catch the boat across to the island could do with upgrading, we had to drag our suitcases over gravel, tree roots and rubbish/ broken glass, seemed to be a local hangout with no signage or shade. One of the small boats had broken stairs and loose hand rails, quite dangerous. We kayaked around the island, before we got too far my husbands kayak started to sink as it had no bung in it, luckily he got close to shore before it did. Recommend staying around the side of the island not facing Port Vila as they have a lot of loud music events on. Pathways to premium overwater villa was not premium, broken and uneven concrete and regular smell of sewage around some villas. Just needs bit of TLC

Food was inconsistent and rather boring

The lack of attention to requests from staff to management The food was so bad one night that we couldn’t eat it Pasta tasted like it had soy sauce in it!!! Very strange

Snorkelling and swimming. Bungalows perched on hillside had a South Sea Island feel. Good breakfast inclusion. Dinner menu AU$45 was a little expensive for us. Easy access to shops, Money exchange, ATM and cheaper food options.

No real gripes. Room and dinner price a little expensive.
