The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful, shout out to Bob at the pool who was always on hand to help us out. The facilities are nice and everything is running well after lockdown. The property is pretty and the golf buggies running up and down the hill are great and there within minutes to take you up and down (sounds lazy but it's a steep hill and not so nice to walk up in the hot hot weather). The breakfast buffet is amazing, so much choice including live egg station, we literally didn't have the same thing for breakfast any day of our seven days there.

Outside of breakfast, which was included in our package and fabulous, the food and drinks were very over priced for the quality of food being served. It isn't uncommon on islands for food and drink to be expensive, it's sometimes hard/ costly to get supplies out there, but the ramadas food and drink was well overpriced in regard to the quality of it and compared to other places on the island. As you tend to spend time by the pool eating and drinking, this actually gets really costly by the end of the week. It sounds like a small thing, but it would put us off going back. Which is sad to say as we loved the staff at the resort so much. Advice to management would be to adjust the prices at the bar and restaurant, so the food and drinks are better value.

The room was amazing - spacious, we’ll equip it and the bed was so soft! We stayed here for our first 2 nights of our honeymoon and they’d left us a gift to celebrate with - thank you! The pool and dining was fabulous, food was good and both pool and restaurant had a great view. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We unfortunately saw someone get hurt and the staff seemed to be on top of it and took great care of the guest. They had a free fire show, it was one of the most amazing resort entertainment shows I’ve seen.

Pool side umbrellas were unsafe, they blew over in the wind numerous times. Would definitely hurt someone if they fell on a person.

The staff were amazing all throughout the trip. The pool was great. The rooms cleaned felt good. Restaurant could do with some work. Special mention goes to Bob for his hard work daily!

Clean, newer property, close to town and restaurants. We walked to a number of restaurants during our stay and felt safe walking. There is a large supermarket only 5 mins walk from the hotel. Friendly staff at the hotel who made us feel welcome. The buffet breakfast has a lot of choices. We stayed in a lagoon room and it was large with a big balcony and kitchenette.

We arrived on Christmas Day and the restaurant and Bar service was terrible. But it all improved for the next 5 days of our stay. More towels are needed in the pool area later in the afternoon. Twice we had to bring our room towels to the pool area.

The staff were friendly, we were in a quiet location on 1st lagoon, the buffet breakfast was exceptional and pricing of our accommodation represented great value for money.

We ate at the restaurant many times during our stay and twice they forgot our order, so we had extended wait times. The sliding doors for the lagoon suites on the ground floor can be pushed open from the outside quite easily and we had an issue with Our safe code not working, so had to have maintenance reset it, and it seemed as if someone had been into the safe with a small amount of money missing. Management were quite good about this but it was never really resolved as after doing a lock audit, it could not be proven that someone other than cleaning had entered. I would suggest do not leave valuables in your room on the ground floor.

The hotel was as expected from a Ramada Hotel. It was clean with pool, SUP and Kayaks available. The restaurant's provided a large range of food types, all of which were delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good with a large range of cooked foods, cerials, pastries, breads/toast, fruit, egg station. The hotel is a 15/20 minute walk (a bit of a hill but nothing too difficult) or 5 minute drive into the centre of Port Vila. We walked several times and always felt very safe. We stayed in a studio room, which was spotless and large with plenty of space. The bed was very comfy, the ensuite was clean with a good shower. The kitchenette had large fridge/freezer, cooker etc. There was a large balcony for enjoying a drink. Typical good quality hotel from Ramada.

The studio rooms are situated in the main building at the top of the resort. The pool and resturant are situated at the very bottom of the resort on the lagoon. They do provide golf cart service from top to bottom and vice versa, but you sometimes wait. This wasn't an issue for us as we are pretty active but was an issue for older people or very young children.

Breakfast was great, amazing views, fantastic location right on the beach and a short (10-ish minute) walk into town. Food at the restaurant was also very good.

The bathroom sink was blocked, I had to call 3 times to get it fixed. I didn't have high expectations as 'island time' was factored into my head :) However, this does not apply to the buggy as there was only one (other buggy had broken down) so it could not wait for people. A short walk to reception/ entrance or the restaurant but one you may not wish to do due to luggage when checking in or out. Also, due to the cyclones in March, the TV didn't work in the room, but this was not the resort's fault. They could have informed bookings about the same.

We personally loved Ramada the staff, entertainment, food and pool were all amazing. We got to take their kayaks out as well. The room was comfortable the aircon very powerfil the bed and pillows were perfect you know its the little things that keep us happy. We got to see some of the locals celebrate melbourne cup too an extra bonus. We visited Iririki suposing to be great. But noooo i couldenr wait to come back to Ramada. Thank u for a great stay. That i could not open the sliding door from outside on beach side once shut. Closer to rooms 600 the sewage smell was horrible on some days. The toliet made gurgling sounds in night?.. Other wise it was a good hotel to stay and i am very fussy!! Ps they did not serve bacon at any of the breakfasts :(

Exceptional hotel. Very comfortable room, great amenities both in the room and on the hotel grounds. Well equipped kitchen gives travelers with special dietary needs all the comforts of home. The hotel is right on the beach overlooking Port Vila Harbor. Great location for a tropical resort. Relaxing views from the room and veranda (if you're fortunate enough to get a beach front room). If you're planning a trip to Port Vila the Ramada is a great choice.

The hotel is positioned on a VERY strep hillside making hiking up and down the hill quite a workout. The hotel provides a golf cart service to take you up & down the hill. It's very convenient and makes getting from the car to the room easier but it may take a few minutes until a cart is available. The only other issue I had was making phone calls. You can't make outside calls directly from your room, you must call the front desk & have them connect you. It's seems pretty antiquated but it works.

Family of 5 (2 Parents - 3 Young Adult/teens) We had 3 top floor lagoon rooms that were awesome, large size with kitchen/kitchenette where we could prepare a meal etc. Couch was not great comfort but we weren't really sitting around the room anyway, The Bed was huge and super comfy. Nice size bathroom with good water flow in shower, big balcony with great views. Breakfast was enough but not exceptional, the usual hot and cold foods, there was no bacon but there was an omlette stand which I enjoyed everyday, along with a great selection of pastries. Fresh fruits where a bit light on as I believe it is out of season for most. Pool is good size and location on the lagoon side, pool staff where really attentive as well, good number of poolside chairs with cushions etc, bar is well stocked and the cocktails were ok, bit hit an miss depending on the style ordered. All staff are really helpful and friendly, they also helped us book a couple of tours to Blue Lagoon and Horse riding which made things easier. There were a few evening shows including traditional dance and fire twirling which where good too. The restaurant was ok but not amazing, its comparable to a few others we tried, but we where dissapointed with our final nights dinner with the kitchen cutting corners on a mistake they made with 2 of our meals.

What could be better - a free shuttle service down to the market a few times a day would have been handy. The internet showed a calendar of daily activities (basket weaving etc) but we couldn't find where these where held and they weren't advertised at the hotel.
