Quiet, nice with a big pool and a nice restaurant. Staff is very kindly.

Property is located far from the city and in a middle of nowhere (nothing interesting on this area) I could have been acceptable if the hotel rented bikes …

-Very well thought out facilities and beautiful presentation of resort -Relaxing environment -Great for kids and families -Staff were very helpful and friendly -The abundance of fruit trees and several animals really brings you back to nature in a relaxing way

-Check in was a bit annoying as they did not have my details via Booking.com until I presented them with it and waited a while. Then there was a mistake with the room allocations after we had settled into our room after a long trip there from our flight and journey to the airport. Had to repack everything and wait for staff to drive us to the other room -Room numbering was hard to remember -Fridge barely fit into the cupboard slot and barely kept our things cold -shower pressure was not good, sometimes there would just be trickles -no towels available at pool for guests

The area is beautiful, the bungalows are really nice and spacious. Food was tasty.

Huge cockroaches on the bungalow, we had to change it. At the restaurant the food recipes are not as you would expect if you already went in other parts of Vietnam and tried them and the people in there don't speak english that good and it was pretty hard to communicate.

The staff were excellent, particularly those at reception. They were very helpful and very kind. The resort owners owe their staff a great deal and should make sure to keep the happy. The resort was physically very beautiful. The bungalow to which I was upgraded, was lovely, spacious and comfortable. However the first one had no hot water. While I was told it was due to the solar power, the second bungalow had plenty of hot water. Mmmm...! The breakfast was acceptable, although limited in variety. The pool was clean and inviting.

While physically beautiful there was a distinct lack of attention to detail. There were many mosquitoes and given the amount of water this needs to be addressed. The restaurant menu is quite limited in my view. Even then some things (eg: mangoes) were unavailable although in season; true of the first 3 things I asked for. Also it was very slow with long waits for orders/ meals. For example: after being told my meal of a fish dish and some stir-fried vegetables would be 30 minutes, it actually took over 1 hour for the fish to arrive and a further 10-15 minutes for the stir-fried veg, which I had already refused. There were few people in the restaurant so it wasn't about being busy. It is quite distant from the town with no provision for that distance. The only way to get to and from town, without your own transport, is by taxi which is quite expensive. This resort is really a facility for locals, a place in which you stay and engage in provided activities without leaving, until check-out. It does not really accommodate foreigners/travellers/tourists unless they are looking for a couple of days rest from travelling and sight-seeing. The resort presents itself as an ECO resort but there is much single use plastic in the facility. It was quite noisy with loud music associated with the activities going on all day from around 8.00am to 5 or 5.30 pm.

- Restaurant is terrible and this is the worst restaurant even I have been. We have went for a lunch and after too the order changed it many time due to food/drink unavailability. After waiting 45 minutes again asked us to wait more 45 minutes just to bring common food. Again we have order some drinks to the pool and asked to revised 5 times due to unavailability of fruits. Then finally deliver one drink less that what we have ordered. Restaurant is very dirty. - most of the staff are not friendly at all. Specially in restaurant. - too much crowded in the pool.
