Located right on the main river with no passing traffic. Lovely shady terrace with pool and coffee shop on river front for guests. Our room was on 5th floor with great river view. Large and clean. Big comfortable bed. Excellent buffet breakfast, western and Asian.

Bathroom needs upgrading. Shower in bath with no grab rail and old plastic curtain. Curved bath means shower water goes down back causing mould smells. 2km from tourist jetty where floating market boats leave, not a problem as Grab taxis ok.

The room was very big and spacious. We had a junior siut, with 6 windows, double bathroom viewing to the pool.

We had 3 nights there out of the 3 2nnights were a wedding... Right under our windows... Basically we were in party... Till 10pm was noise and lights on. The manager was outstanding!As soon as she heard our complian she came around due to our inconvenience she offered us free ride to the airport. We are very satisfied with the service.

Everything was good except the internet. The staffs are really helpful. They can speak English. Food on the second day was good.

Internet was not that good but there's a chance to improve. Swimming pool was nice but maybe they forgot to clean after the party.

I like the pool, we actually enjoyed swimming. The river view is also good. The breakfast is delicious.

The room is a bit small for two person. City view is not for me. There is no staff in the outside restaurant could speak english.

I did enjoy my 5 day stay at Nesta for the most part. My first room was very good: spacious, clean and comfortable. My second room was unfortunately much less spacious but still clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and very friendly. The pool was much appreciated when it could be used. Further and later in my stay, I did receive a complementary plate of fruit to compensate for a couple of issues. It was lovely and appreciated. Personally I liked the location but some might find it a bit far from the action.

Having said the above there were several issues. Firstly the pool was supposed to be open from 7.00am to 5.00pm. This is an early close anyway, an issue in itself. In reality, it was not even open until 5. While I was there, there was a pool-side party on most evenings. It was Tet. So there were people working to set up stages and balloons and other items most afternoons, making pool use almost impossible. None of the parties were actually using the pool. They were just obstructing its use by others. Secondly, the noise level of all of the parties was quite literally deafening and completely intrusive. My complaint about the noise level was addressed immediately, but by moving me to the second lesser but definitely quieter room, rather than by modifying the noise, which would have been more appropriate. Thirdly I asked for a knife to cut some fruit. I was told I couldn't have it because it was dangerous and against policy. I'm a 70 year old grandmother - I think I can cut fruit without killing myself and I resent being treated like a child. I did get the knife and survived. Finally the bath was not secured and was unstable. Maybe not a usual issue but I had to get in and out of the bath to shower which, given my age, did make me feel unsafe. Interesting given the knife thing.
