There are a variety of food for breakfast. The room is a good size for 2 bunk beds with the nice yellow color. My family loves the pool because of the warmth water and jacuzzi that's very relaxing.

The bunk bed is somehow little bit hard to climb. When the upper one move there is some noise that affect the lower bed. I can feel some smoking smell from the bathroom which might came from the air vents. I wish there will be one more chair for 4 people room. As a tourist, I find it's hard to know where is the cable car station located because there is no signage especially for finding the early cable car for golden bridge at 6.00 am. As, a Thai there is some misspelling in the brochure and at the hotel signage.

Fantastic option to stay in the French Village and have guest-only access at 6am to see the Golden Bridge with only about 10 people, which allowed us to capture some wonderful photos. for this aspect alone the price was worth it and I’d book again if coming back rather than doing a day trip to Bana Hill from elsewhere. The family bunk room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and included two adult cable car/ park entry tickets. Beds were very large single sized, perfect for our family of four. The hotel is spread over multiple buildings and we were in the Bordeux Building. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic buffet in the main reception building. Sunworld itself is quite quirky and there is so much to do. I’d advise trying to arrive in the morning and store luggage until check in time then leave when the park closes the following day so you get two full days to experience everything. We packed as much as we could into 24hrs but more time would have been good as there was so much to see and you do have to line up for a lot of the rides.

it’s expensive and most restaurants close at 3pm ish. dinner options were limited to an expensive buffet, the Kung Fu noodle restaurant (which was delicious) or the German beer garden which had some skewers and meat tasting plates. more takeaway food options during the day would have been idea too as we could only see hot dogs (which were very average) or donuts (delicious) for way in the run options during the day. we didn’t want to waste time sitting down for lunch for an hour at a restaurant when we had limited time and so much to see.

Not the best but considered it was in a mountain I would say it was very good.

Luggages to go with us in a cable car to go up on the mountain then to our room. It was a very nice experience but quite a hard work if there was no porter services (free of charges but we gave them big tips due to hard work).

The whole resort was beautiful and well-maintained and certainly worth the experience. We highly recommend staying overnight as most of the tourists disappear (+- 17:00 hours) in order to catch the last cable car down the mountain. The staff were very efficient and helpful. The room (amazing view of French Quarter cathedral and street below) and bathroom were excellent; the bed was comfortable. The room included a safe and a kettle. The swimming pool complex (free pool with hotel stay) was beautiful and well-maintained.

Check-in was at a different building (we didn’t know this) to the standard entry to the resort. The check-in process (at the foot of the cable car) was slow required standing in a line; once checked in, the access to the cable car was quick and easy. The breakfast was designed for many people, but the choices were rather limited compared to what we had experienced in the Hanoi hotels. The shower water flow was slow. Leaving the resort (we left before noon), the escalators at the foot of the cable car were all going upwards to cope with the incoming tourist crowds, which meant that we had to walk down many flights of steps (fortunately we didn’t have our luggage with us).

Family room with bunk beds was big and spacious for a family of 4. We booked 3 rooms on this trip, all came with different configurations and all were very pretty. Standard Twin Room was cosy and so pretty as well with the woodwork, if a tad hidden. Breakfast buffet was a sumptious spread, very delicious. Totally recommend staying overnight at Bana Hills to see the beautiful sunset and the place was magical at night too. Plenty of food choices at night, the beer garden was a lovely place to chill.

There was a few issues with our check-in for the standard room. The initial room provided was hard to locate - without a bellboy to bring us (which we didn't as they were extremely busy), we failed to find the room. There were no signs to indicate how to get to the hidden rooms. Went back to the reception, and they gave us another room - which already had occupants! Opened the door to see 2 suitcases already inside. Went back to reception again, and they gave us the original room and had the bellboy bring us. It was truly hidden, had to navigate to the end of the floor and go up a stairway to get to it.

On arrival at base camp reception I was underwhelmed, but then realised this was the cable car station reception area. After that everything went up and up .. the cable car ride.was fantastic, the village and bridge views fantastic, all the staff in the village first class, hotel food first class, stayed 3 wonderful nights ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ you should be aware this isn't a old village it's a excellent copy for fun, relaxing and enjoyment. Also the GOLDEN BRIDGE views are wonderful but be warned if the weather is bad misty/drizzle it will be cold and wet, you will be disappointed, you will not see much of views or bridge Our stay was 10/10 because the weather was kind

Location was perfect, right in the middle of the village accessible to most of the action. French Village is lovely both in the morning and in the evening. The cable car is wild, we love it that it can take us anywhere once booked as a guest in the hotel. I would recommend a visit to Bana Hills to anyone. I love it that they gave the hotel guests time to explore before opening up to the public. We both experience the quiet and buzz of the place. Breakfast is good, although could change or alter the menu specially for those who planned to stay longer. The variety of restaurants and affordability is great, toilets are everywhere.

Hotel staff and crew selling at the shops are not as polite as I would expect for a service oriented business. One staff took our luggage rolled both inside the lift and never said anything. Hotel staff must explain how the facilities in the room works like how to turn the shower's temperature, to turn the tv on. The dryer has no power point in the vanity area, still need to bring it over to the bedside to plug it in. I bought a stuff toy from the Golden Bridge shop (who was accommodating and friendly). Discovered that there are lose thread, wanted to change in another shop on the other side of the cable station and told me to go back to the one who sold it to me in a not so polite manner. We'll that is convenient.

Always a treat to be staying at this hotel - cooler weather than in the city and better access to sunworld. As always, good buffet breakfast spread but does feel repetitive if you stay for more than 2 nights. They do offer discounted cable tickets as hotel guests and allow you to go down and back up without paying again - you just need to inform reception and you will get issued a paper to show when riding the cable car back up again. Ambience is great especially when crowd is gone. Housekeeping is phenomenal and staff are helpful!

Our room was situated near Beer Plaza - unfortunately, the music blares until around 10pm or so. The sound penetrates to the room so early or light sleepers who don’t do well with noise might find this annoying. While having an indoor pool is good, the chlorine smell is quite strong.

Once on the mountain every thing is pretty much included in the price. Hotel discounts for the cable car were great. We loved the cooler weather, walking around, exploring, all the shows and pop up performances. There were fast food and restaurants everywhere. We enjoyed one night at the buffet and one night at the German fest for our meals. The heated pool with jacuzzi was a great way to end each day. Our room looked over the church. We loved watching the performers from our window. We also loved walking around before and after the park was open for daily guests. The 6am sunrise’Golden hours’ pictures on the’Golden Bridge’ were so worth it!

They should give or rent out fans for the nights. The rooms get hot in August. The A/C works great during the day but seems to be on a timer that doesn’t allow the A/C to work later in the night and morning.
