Clean and very friendly staff.

Mr Hoa, the owner of Merry Land Hotel kindly allowed me to rent a motorbike without keeping my ID as a deposit like other hotels in VN. The hotel front desk receptionists Ms. Tuoi & Thu were super helpful with all my tour bookings and getting around town. For sure we would choose this convenient location again for our next trip.

This hotel doesn't serve breakfast during the low season of tourism but there were lots of restaurants and convenience stores next the this hotel.

Incredible room, really spacious with views of the pool. Great shower, again very roomy! The pools were great in the day…

Location was a bit off and not included in the description… It’s up a steep hill and away from the beach. Binge drinking is encouraged here so if that’s your thing, get your beer giggles on, if it’s not, stay well away!! The front desk add a HUGE amount to trips and busses away from the place, so walk down the hill and book to the place on your right at the bottom, I saved a small fortune!

I took a chance on this and to be honest, I didn’t expect much, but I was surprised by how nice it was for so little money! The girls on reception were lovely, always smiling and eager to help. I hire a scooter from the hotel, again really cheaply, and was surprised to find out they have their own scooters, they don’t hire them in like some other hotels do and I think this keeps the cost down.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, I don’t know how they do it all so cheaply. The location is ideal for the beach and eateries and it’s only a cheap grab ride to get anywhere else, brilliant!

Big clean room, with 2 comfy double beds. Couldn’t really fault the room for what we paid for, my partner had dengue fever so didn’t really leave the room. However the housekeeping knocked on every day to clean. Staff was helpful when I asked to stay extra night, do laundry and when we needed anything for the room

No fault of the hotels, but bare in mind what usually is a 15 minute walk to the beach, down a street road. Ends up being a bit of a detour, as they have dug up both sides of the pavement so you have to walk on the busy road

Good location, not too far from the promenade. The room was spacious with 2 large double beds. One of the beds less comfortable than the other! The bathroom was big although in need of some renovation - mould around the sink and the bath wasn’t sealed so that when you showered, the water leaked all over the floor. However, it was clean, just not the best because of the mould, although it didn’t smell. There is a fridge in the room and we were given 4 small bottles of water.

Unfortunately just the overall appearance of the bathroom.

Located about halfway between the beach and the river. Clean and comfortable & is excellent value for money. Rooms are large with windows (no view), comfortable beds, TV, fridge and decent WiFi. Rooms are serviced daily. Close to numerous restaurants and convenience stores.

Needs a bit of maintenance. It was hard to lock the room door from the inside, the hot water wasn't great & the bathroom had quite a bit of water staining.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was small but the bed was comfortable. It was a good location to walk to the beach or food.

The floor was sticky and could do with better cleaning. The room was small and the bed was two singles with one bed sheet wrapped around both beds . This is weird. It's really a twin room with one duvet .

Hotel and rooms was little less then on the pictures. Nice lobby. Nice staff. They have scooter rental and laundry.

There was no breakfast. As i understood it was due to that hotel was 90% empty. If i remember correct breakfast was included. So maybe i could ask for some refund. Fitness and pool are are looking dead. Water cold, And old fitness gear and not sure if room was even open.

The rooftop pool and bar was really nice. Pool was FREEZING however a good cool down in the heat! The cocktails from the bar were incredible. The room was immaculate, very clean and super comfortable

Nothing really, our shower was blocked and our bathroom got flooded and when someone came to fix it we weren’t provided with a mop or anything to get rid of the water
