Breakfast, pool, the room itself.

Drinks taken from the hotel room or during breakfast were not allowed elsewhere in the hotel (like the rooftop bar, swimming pool).

Breakfast had a good variety of western and local foods. Nice view of the river at night. Could walk down to catch a boat to view the lights and dragon bridge. The reception desk allowed us to check in early which was very accommodating.

Your website mentioned a rooftop pool and sky bar as a desirable feature. When viewing the pictures it looked really nice and my selection of this hotel was partly based on this. However, i was informed that both of them were closed for now. Disappointed with the inaccurate information. Not sure if the hotel didn't update this information or bookings.com failed to update this. Either way it is not good for customer relations. Timely accurate updates are essential for a customer to make the best choice.

The location of the hotel, right at the heart of the city, ensured that I had the privilege of waking up to stunning views of the bustling metropolis. The sight of the city's iconic bridges and majestic mountains against the backdrop of the rising sun was nothing short of breathtaking. What made this view even more enchanting was the rooftop swimming pool that overlooked the entire city. Lounging by the pool while taking in the panoramic vistas was an experience that will forever be etched in my memory. The twin swimming pools were a true highlight of the hotel. The ground-level pool offered a tranquil oasis where I could unwind and escape the urban hustle. However, it was the rooftop pool that stole the show. The infinity pool seemed to merge with the skyline, allowing me to take a refreshing dip while soaking in the captivating views of the city's landmarks. It was an experience that left me in awe and truly added a touch of luxury to my stay.

The hotel was very good in all departments, I have been going around Asia the last 5 weeks and this is my favourite hotel the staff are all very nice and meet all your needs, Johnny in particular made our stay very enjoyable he is the door man in the afternoons and at night time, he made lots of effort to talk to us and was very interested in talking about our English culture and sharing his own Vietnamese culture, he was great to talk to everyday and is an amazing asset to the hotel. the rooms are very clean and modern, and the hotel is in a great location, highly recommended this hotel when staying in da nang

Beautiful room and amazing breakfast buffet! Both of the pools were wonderful to relax in. The Gypsy bar on the rooftop is very high class and was nice for one drink (it's quite pricey, but the view is amazing).

It was much louder than we were anticipating. The street noise wasn't so much the problem. The children playing in the pool and screaming at the top of their lungs made taking a nap almost impossible, though. Luckily they do provide some earplugs to help.

We just had a great 4 nights here. A clean modern building with good facilities. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rose on reception in particular organised all our day trips and was super helpful. Thank you Rose, you really made the stay feel very special and not just another hotel room.

Shame the rooftop pool closes so early. We didn't get to experience it.

My Room was to die for so much so instead of going down to Vung Tau I stayed in hotel an extra 5 days and got an upgrade because I stayed extra time , as for location very much the center point for everyone's needs, The bar on roof top is to die for and again the bar staff are amazing and also the restaurant with very high prestigious settings, honestly got to say the best restaurant for breakfast I have been in my life , they even have a glass floor looking down onto the street 10 floors up. ( Note I did not have any Lunch or evening meals during my stay as I eat out) Very Close to Marble Mountain, Cham Islands, Bha Na Hills with sun world, Hoi An ,with the lanterns and Hue for Ancient city and Emperor Khai Dinh Tomb. I had a marvelous time, staff where amazing, shout out to Johnny and Tamie both excellent English and very helpful. would I come back again, yes for sure, 110% Thanks to all Staff including cleaners for my room making my stay in Vietnam a very Memborial time that I shall cherish for the rest of my life. - oustanding attentive and friendly concierge service and hotel staff - large size room with comfortable large size bed - amazing bathroom - small but nice balcony - very easy communication for all kind of needs - conveniently located ... all around a perfect experience

- due to my too early arrival, i had to wait a little for check in (not the hotel´s fault)

The connected rooms for families was very spacious and perfect for everyone to get some privacy whilst still being in the one apartment. The rooms and view were wonderful and the staff - excellent and very helpful. I would have liked to see the Sky Lounge open. But instead we spent some time in the pool area is beautifully green with hanging plants and a wonderful breeze.

Only improvements would be to see some wine glasses in the room's kitchen, and more towels :)

It was really a memorable stay at new orient hotel. Very clean and safe place to stay in Danang. Close to many attractions as well. Special thanks to reception staffs, Mr.Felix and Ms.Lucy to arrange our trip to Bana hills and Hoi-an. Thanks to team New orient for arranging a lovely stay at Danang.
