An excellent property in a really good location. Amazing attentive staff, particularly Turc and Dang. Made our honeymoon stay special. Breakfast amazing, huge selection. The pool / bar view, breath taking.

Genuinely, a fantastic stay at exceptional price range.

All the staff there were excellent. so helpful and friendly. We also loved the infinity pool looking to the sea and mountains.

The family room was large and have a nice view of the sea, however there is a beach club that plays loud music till midnight every night so we won’t able to get any proper sleep. All but one of the gym equipment was not working.

Everything was great basically. We had a fantastic vacation in Danang. The hotel is well-located, though it's not in the city center, the dining options around are limited, but it's easy to reach by taxi (around 10-15 mins) to and from the city center. The view is amazing, even with the partial sea view room. Room is clean and tidy. Elevator needs keycard to acess which is great. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of options, both local, Asian, and western. The restaurant is wonderful with several vegetarian options. The highlight for me would be the spa. We had a complimentary sauna for >3 nights of stay and I booked the massages twice - amazing experiences, very professional and of great quality. The massage rooms are sea front, which is another plus. So in general it's really great for a relaxing vacation with family or friends or partner. The price for the room and other activities and services in the hotel is very reasonable.

Nothing much. If I have to pick, I'd say the room is a bit small for a high-end hotel in southeast Asia. And the rooftop bar is right beside the pool, which can be a bit messy when it's busy.

The hotel is quite new and the facilities are nice. The cleanliness is PERFECT. The pool is very pleasant and with a superb view!

Customer care not great but overall nice place. The first day after breakfast I couldn't enter the room because the lock on the door was stuck. I waited 1 hour until the team managed to undress and send the technical team to fix the problem. They didn't even say sorry, they didn't do anything and they weren't interested. Surprise, the next day morning again the lock gets blocked and again we wait an hour to be able to enter the room then the manager, without knowing English or customer relations, told us from the reception that she hope it won't happen again...

We only stayed one night in Da Nang but the Radisson hotel was perfectly good. Our room was on the smaller side but really nice. The staff were super helpful with our travel arrangements. They booked us a Taxi driver who took us on a great tour over the Hai Van pass - well worth it if you're heading north and have the time. The rooftop bar has stunning views even if the pool looked a little small. The beach is huge and seems to be the main attraction in Da Nang. There's not that much else to do, and not much else near the hotel, but Taxis are cheap and easy to book on Grab to go to more lively areas.

Vegan options at breakfast could be better but this was pretty much on par with other hotels in Vietnam.

Noisy area with lots of festivals going on. Not hotels fault - but there mustn’t be any noise level restrictions in Vietnam / much soundproofing as the concerts along beach were ridiculously loud & booming up to our hotel room on level 16 & down the road a fair bit - even with windows shut - right through till like 2am! So hard for kids & us to get to sleep. Not a hotel fault - just something to be aware of in summer festival times.

Helpfull staff, great location, really nice facilities. The lady behind the counter in the breakfast restaurant makes a great omelette. The rooftop bar and pool are one big reason to stay here. The view from the pool is breathtaking, the staff really helpful and as a bonus during really hot days: the pool is in the shade of the 22nd floor in the afternoon.

The beach view rooms come with one little drawback: music playing through the night on the beach audible even on the higher floors with windows closed. For guests with light sleep, city view might be a good consideration (not a bad view anyhow - see photo). Closing time of the rooftop bar at 22:00 is something guests have to count with. We arrived late in the evening and had no option anymore for a drink or snack in the hotel.

I was informed that my Double Twin Room have no view and was suggested to upgrade my rooms. I was afraid that a bad room may ruin my vacation, actually the room was not bad at all and we all please with it. So if you are going to travel a lot on daytime, save your budget on something else.

I booked a discount room's version on Booking (which is auto arranged 1 adult in a room with 2 beds), and I must pay more for additional person. I think we should make it more clear here, at first I think a room with 2 beds is of course suitable for 2 adults.

Not many hooks to hang up 4 bath towels and hand towels. No electric power to blow dry hair in the bathroom, I had to blow dry my hair where my bedside table was with no mirrors. The pool water was too cold to swim during our stay, if only the pool was heated or have a jacuzzi. Key cards didn't work Staff not very experienced with check in and check out

We settled on a corner suite with sea view, wow! Really clean with its own living area and large bathroom plus a coffee machine in the room really makes a difference on a morning. The staff were very professional along with a good understanding of English. Breakfast was a thing of beauty. From a good English to some of the best noodles I had in Vietnam. The VM coffees were perfect. We tried the spa and was very pleased with our treatments. sad to check out.

Tourism has not recovered properly since the pandemic so at time we were the only foreigners around. The restaurant on an evening was closed due to the lack of clientele. Also as an executive member we got pre-drinks (1 glass of wine or 2 beers) on the 20 floor, please give us the option to purchase more.
