The hotel is located in a quieter and very accessible area close to the beach. The rooms and facilities are aged and somehow worn out, but very clean and simple. The staff made this short stay beyond wonderful, which covered any little flaw in the hardware. Fresh fruit was brought into my room, as I missed breakfast, and this is only one small example of their warm and heartfelt hospitality and care. I have stayed in other possibly better equipped hotels in Da Nang, but none made me feel as welcome and at home as this place. I definitely recommend stay in Titan hotel to anyone and I will surely return myself. Thank you ladies! You are shining Stars!

I really like the fact that it was quiet, bed was so comfy, big room with a bath tub,Vietnamese breakfast was full and tasty, the girls who works there are the nicest ! ☺️

Very amicable supportive and helpful staff. We're able to check in early up to 2.5 hours prior to the regular check-in time, even during holiday season. The room with a city-view window was very spacious, clean, quiet, secure and comfortable, just exactly as it is on here. The property was within walking distance of My Khe beach, with quite a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This was my second time returning to Danang, after 4 years and I'd say the staying experience was far beyond my expectation, compared to the price we actually needed to pay for. We're even able to pay on leaving. Hope the hotel maintains its stellar services moving forward, regardless.

Titan hotel has excellent first class staff who are incredibly polite and elegantly dressed with the traditional Ao Dai dress. The only drawback is the little difficulty with their limited English language skills which can be overcome with the use of a translator app. The location is far from the main tourist area by about 1.5KM however that does comes with the bonus of it being nice and quiet at night and no noise from bars, restaurants and Karaoke places.

Location is a little out of town. The bonus of this though is the fact that the area is quiet.

Comfortable mattress. My first room did have a one or two ants and a slightly strange smell outside, but I moved to a different room and it was better. And any smell goes away when the AC is one. But it's a decent hotel for the price and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also there's a 24 hour store nextdoor which was useful.

The shower soaps / shampoo needed replacing and I had to specifically ask the cleaners to replenish the toilet paper. It would be great if they had a spare toilet paper roll on standby or something. Anyway that's about the only downsides.

The staff is very friendly. The room had everything necessary for a comfortable stay - refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer and air conditioning. WiFi is pretty good. Room service regularly changes towels and cleans the room.

The location of the hotel is not the best - quite far from the beach and decent cafes. Not very varied breakfasts.

Fantastic staff, the owner and all of the ladies on reception were very friendly and so happy to help us - we missed breakfast one morning to enjoy a lie in and they delivered fruit to our room! The room has everything you need, daily housekeeping (free water bottles) and a bath! Breakfast is a choice between a Vietnamese or Western-style option - they happily made us eggs and bread each morning as well as a plate of fruit. Great value for money.

Location: The beach at the end of road is flanked by two large resorts - they offer day passes for the sun loungers but it was quite expensive (around 300-500k per person) - I'd recommend walking further along the beach towards the busier part of town to find sunbeds which were 40k per bed. Plenty of nice looking Vietnamese restaurants close by but if you are looking for more Western-style food, the tourist streets are roughly a 20 min walk away.

Room was clean and spacious, staff was nice and helpful. Location was ok - close to the airport and to the beach. Free parking for scooters provided.

Breakfast was very poor, nothing really to choose from, serving only one food as per availability for a given day and glass of water with small plate of fresh fruit. Water bottles in the room came with a small charge at the check out.

The room was spacious The bathroom was big and clean with a separate shower, so it didn't get the bathroom wet. The bed was comfy, and the location was close to the beach and some bars and restaurants.

We were informed that if our room was ready early, we would get free check-in. However, on arrival, we were asked for a fee of 100,000 VND for early check-in. The window in the room was broken, and the noise was sometimes excessive. We informed staff, but no room change or repairs were offered.

The staff were helpful and responsive to any needs. The location is great.. a little quieter, 20 minutes walk to the busier part of town. Beach access 10 minute walk.
