A perfect place in a cute street not far from the cable car. The room was nice, clean and big, and in better shape than other hotels I have been to. But the best thing about this place was the staff! Soo friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything. Would definitely come back.

The owners of this hotel are just wonderful people. Your stay is their number one priority. The rooms are really well maintained, cleaned and well resourced as described on Booking.Com. breakfast is a number of options which you clarify the day before so that it can be prepared for you. Fresh water and towels are brought each day and because we were leaving at 5am on our last day, a packed breakfast was handed to us. Just beautiful people we won't forget.

My first time using the service at the hotel. But I've had great experiences. The hotel is really beautiful and clean , the staff is very enthusiastic . 3-meal food is both cheap and delicious. Eat seafood without worrying about high prices. the staff also help buy tickets, make reservations, rent cars for places that I want to visit. Definitely come back to Ha Long next time. i will come back to panda . i really appreciate and respect everything that belongs to panda

Bright, well decorated. Good bathroom. Friendly owner, you'll want to have your Google translate app open to communicate. Excellent breakfast with a few choices. Nearby plenty of local shops and restaurants and easy to get taxis to anywhere else

Balcony was blocked by nextdoor building but made it private and still nice. Door locked at 11 so you can't leave or come in without asking.

Nice and helpfull staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, recently renovated. Hotel is nearby restaurants and cafes, easy to catch a ride (or walk) to the beach or tourist/market street.

Hotel's main door was locked quite early (between 8-10pm) in the evening so it felt a little troublesome to ring the bell as an older lady came to open the door for us.

They were pretty nice, they gave us additional waters. And also they let us shower after the tour even though we already checked out. The room was great for the price.

They didn’t speak really good english.
