Clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly

I made an off season reservation for five nights en route to the hotel. When I arrived an hour later, I wanted to reduce my stay to three nights, but I still had to pay for all five nights, even though the hotel was almost empty. Breakfast was advertised as an extra, but it wasn’t available at all when I stayed (early April). The hotel is not near to any facilities - any bars and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away and there is nothing to do nearby. In the off season, it was extremely quiet.

The staff were lovely and helpful - especially the owner and the lady receptionist. You can book cruises/taxis with them too. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We did have a slight problem about other tenants who were noisy at night but it was dealt with professionally and promptly.

Believe the other reviews when they say it’s a ghost town - nothing to see here to be honest (better off to do a one-day trip from Hanoi or an overnight cruise). Location of the hotel is a bit far even for the little life there is in the actual city but I can only imagine how lively it was pre-Covid and when there were businesses all around with the Chinese tourists visiting.

the staff were very friendly and helpful the room was lovely and the decor of the whole hotel was beautiful and cohesive. it felt very luxurious. I had an issue which was resolved quickly by very apologetic and helpful staff. I liked the breakfast the hotel is in a very quiet area so if that’s what you’re looking for (after the hustle and bustle of Hanoi for example) then this is perfect for you! the staff helped me to book a taxi to my cruise the following morning

Unfortunately the cleaning company they hire didn’t clean thoroughly. the staff were very apologetic and resolved the issue quickly! The location is very quite, especially off season.

The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Room looked exactly as advertised and also looked pretty new. Really want to praise the receptionist (I believe her name is Ngọc Thuỷ), who was absolutely lovely. Even though we couldn’t communicate with my 0 knowledge of Vietnamese, she was helpful and super kind.

Apart from the beach that’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel, there’s not much in the area at all. The area is very quiet and most properties in the vicinity are completely empty, perhaps shut because of the pandemic. The location is pretty removed from even basic food spots and cabs have to be taken essentially anywhere to go out.

Wow what’s an amazing hotel. Whilst most Vietnamese staff are lovely they go above and beyond in this hotel. The bell boy is hyper aware of everything and so helpful. The room itself is spotless and bed is huge and very very comfortable. Location so close to the beach it’s perfect for a getaway. Hotel helps sort out motor bike rental which was very kind of them. It’s clear to see that all staff here are treated well and with respect and enjoy there work. We met the owner who is lovely and a genuinely kind person.

Nothing it was amazing

- location is quiet but right beside to the beach. - food you need go further to the city, but no problem because staff provide scooter for rent. - bed is totally soft and comfy, with AC working well, I slept like a baby. - room was super clean and spacious. - they also offer late check out when I said that I want to stay a bit longer, but not too long. - I forgot my wallet in my room and was immediately returned by the cleaner, she have done her good job. - overall the hotel itself is quite new, alright and worths the money, got nothing to complaint about it.

- They gave me a family room for a free upgrade but really, I just need a room with a king size bed. - Otherwise, everything to me was perfect.

The staff were super nice and always sent messages on WhatsApp to ensure that my friend and I were comfortable with our stay! They helped us book the Halong Bay Cruise tours, Taxi for to the nearby Airport and also provided us with restaurant/cafe recommendations. The Halong Bay tour and also the local cafe that was recommended was the highlight of our trip. They offered both Western and Vietnamese breakfast options, which were both delicious. We loved the noodle soup! :)

There was nothing wrong with the hotel! However, the hotel area was relatively quiet at night with not much people around as it's not the peak tourism season. Therefore the night life were not as vibrant as we had anticipated.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating and the room was very clean and spacious. we enjoyed the shower very much. Also we arrived very early around 4:00am after taking a night bus (also do not recommend) and they kept the door open so we could check in extra early for a small fee. They also bumped our room up so that was a bonus! Would definitely stay here again.

The scooter rental company that they use is not great. The bikes barely work and don’t feel safe. Would not rent again.

The room it’s spacious and comfortable. The hotel its well located near the beach but far from anything else. Its a very quiet area as most of the things around shut down after the pandemic. Very nice to enjoy the beach alone and rest. You can use taxi and grab to move around, we move a lot to eat specially. Staff it’s nice and friendly, got great recommendations from them for places to visit and have dinner.

breakfast it’s a bit poor in options and there was not much attention from staff to check that things are re fill or hot. We had to ask for coffee, eggs, milk, butter… etc. They are aware of this and they just re open after a big hit after covid so it’s understandable. As I mention before I still recommend this hotel and will be back if I’m around Ha Long again

This is a little gem of a hotel right by Bai Chay Beach. A 2 minute walk from the lovely beach, close to restaurants, and extremely friendly staff. Highly recommended!

This has nothing to do with the hotel itself. Vietnam having been shutdown to tourism for two years due to Corona, the area is only slowly getting back up and running. We were also there in the low season, so many restaurants were still closed. Once everything is open again, there are restaurants, shops, etc.. in walking distance of the hotel. Perfect location!
