The hotel is beautiful. Our room (family suite with 2 bedrooms) was very large and comfortable. The bathroom for the primary bedroom was huge and beautiful.

The top floor tapas restaurant and bar was not open, nor was the sauna/spa. The first floor cafe while staffed, never asked us if we wanted to order something and we stood at the bar for several minutes and there was only 2 other customers sitting at a table. Because of the restaurant and sauna closures and the emptiness of the hotel, I felt like we overpaid for our one night stay. I think we were in town during the off season as not much was open around the hotel and the area was super quiet.

staff are exceptional room was large and clean with a balcony to showers that obviously still recovering from Covid lockdown and not everything is open at the moment, including the spa, but staff exceptional position good and easy to get around the buff, a breakfast was very good as well

there’s not really anything that we didn’t like about the property, except maybe the occasional screaming child and the pool was always busy

breakfast was good but there was not enough food. Ran out of banh cuon. love the spacious rooms, deocr and beautiful contemporary bathrooms

Please provide conditioners. Most travelers already have tooth paste, tooth brushes and comb. These items can be provided by request only. Staff looks depressed and overworked. Seems like they don't like working there.. Staff should smile more often as this tells travelers they are happy working there.

clean and big room. very polite and welcoming staff.

breakfast selection was mostly asian food. could have more variety of cheese, yougurts, ecc. we had to use translate as many did not speak any other language than their own. sauna, jacuzzi were closed. the spaniah restaurant also closed. this would be a very good 3.5 * hotel

Good location, walking distance to all the eateries. Room was huge, and very modern and well maintained.

Bathrooms floor was not very clean, there were dirt and stains on the floor. We also realized that the bedsheets were not changed from the previous guests’ stay. Hairs were found on the pillow and bedsheets. Looked like they just turned the pillows and bedsheet around and called it ‘made up’.

Nicest hotel we stayed in on our trip. Room was great (the bed was huge!) and staff were very polite. A nice break away from the busy Hanoi. A good stop off before boarding our cruise. The halal restaurant next door was great too!

The pool was closed for refurbishment. Would have been nice to be able to use, but an enjoyable stay anyway.

beautiful large rooms with a great view. it was across the street from the water park which was perfect for our family.

they didn’t keep refilling the breakfast buffet so when we came at 9:00, there wasn’t much left.

The staff was very helpful and the room was perfect. Very comfortable and everything was there! Also the breakfast was really good.

The laundry service is really expensive (€45 for some underwear). The lady woke us up by knocking on the door and ringing the doorbell several times to let us know the laundry was ready.

Breakfast could have been more variety for non vietnamese food. Spa area was closed which we were not informed during booking and could have influenced our decision. No sauna and whirlpool working
