I think the whole Halong bay area is beautiful and well designed under Sun city project . This hotel is great . The staff is polite and helping . Value for money . Rooms are very clean and beautifully designed from inside . This hotel is very close to beach . We went in off season so most restaurants around it were closed but they give you bicycles to roam around . It was good fun as we biked all over Halong area eating and drinking with friends and it was great fun . The staff goes extra mile to help you even if its very hard them to speak or understand English. Vietnamese people are very kind and nice people , may be best in the world . If you are planning a cruise , stay here for couple of days and enjoy the vibe and beach of Halong as its much more fun than the conventional cruise trip every tom dick and harry is hopping on to .

They don't have much to eat at hotel . They will make some basic breakfast for you if you pre order for next day and that also if you show up to eat before 10 am at roof top cafeteria .

It is a new property, rooms are very modern & clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. We had accidentally booked a twin room and upon check in they gave us a double which I think should have cost more so that was nice. Staff were lovely & due to Tet celebrations there was no bread available for breakfast and so we were given eggs & pancakes on the house.

When people say it’s a ghost town they really mean it but this isn’t the properties fault. If you stay in the off season there is nothing open and nothing to do. We had to order in pizza for dinner as this was the only option available which isn’t ideal. The shower in the room only had hot water for around 2-3 minutes and so when two people need to shower it makes it very difficult.

everything about this property was great. the staff were friendly and in fact couldn’t do more to help you. the beds were unbelievably comfortable, the rooms were super clean & the design of the hotel was great. very good value for money too! when having the shower on, the plug didnt drain very quickly, so on a few occasions the bathroom had a little flood!

Great location and super helpful staff. Helped us book our Ha Long bay cruise tour and made sure we got one that suited our needs. Very close to the beach and has pedal bikes and motorbikes on site for use/rental. Would stay again for sure and you cant beat the price of about 20USD per night

A little bit far from the restaurants and main strip of Ha Long but super close to the seafood night market and Sunworld amusement park so a bit of a trade off depending on your needs

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was made fresh to order each morning. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel.

The hotel was a bit of a walk from anything, it was in an area of development so there wasn’t any shops/restaurants/cafes in the surrounding area. The pool looked to be very dirty.

The property is modern,clean and stylish. The staff are so nice and the location is good for around the area.

Halong Bay is busy for cruises etc but it seems the area is under construction with too many empty hotels and no tourists. It is an extremely quiet area. Also we tried to go to the water park down the road but it doesn’t open until mid 2023.

Everything. The round bed was amazing and it has a nice big bath. The receptionist was great and very accomodating.

Only 1 bicycle was in decent condition the rest had broken seats or no air In the tyres on both days we stayed. This was unfortunate as we would have liked to cycle around the city together.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. The pool was lovely and the room was fabulous.

There wasn't much choice of food in the restaurant although the staff were keen to try to accommodate our tastes. The area is still very much under development and in low season there were not a lot of restaurant option in Bai Chay.

Beautifully clean with super friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed being a little further out for the peace and quiet.

The only little thing to say was that I couldn’t get the tv to work, but I was super tired and didn’t have enough energy to go down to the desk to sort out, and it may been me.
