Very new hotel, has a great location and super helpful staff members. Great value for money! Definitely recommended.

The hotel itself is beautiful, nice spacious rooms and great rooftop terrace with pool, sauna and jacuzui. The owner (who does speak very good english) is very nice!

The hotel apparently just opened so after hearing that it made sense that some things were not ideal and still need improvement. Unfortunately the room wasnt as clean as we'd have liked and even though it had a very nice kitchen, there was 0 kitchen equipment. Most staff doesnt speak english at all. The location is not ideal as most buildings around are empty which gives a bit of a ghosty athmosphere. Obviously this is not the hotels fault

Newly built complex. We had a spacious room, everything was nice and confortable. The hotel manager was very helpful, he recommended and helped booking a cruise to Halong Bay, which was fantastic.

Unfortunately, the surroundings of the hotel are almost deserted. The entire block has been newly constructed, but almost all the buildings are vacant. Restaurants can only be reached via the main road. During our stay, the fire alarm went off multiple times. Apart from the manager, the staff speaks very little English, which greatly hindered communication.

Breakfast was very good, The best experience was that the staff were very helpful. Hats off to staff very kind of them to go out of their way and help us out. I gave a Tip to the staff but she did not accept it. This was the best feeling by me, really Yen Residency lucky to have such staffs. The location quite and near to SunWorld and Night Market with full of restaurants.

Breakfast could have had more fruit options maybe if I’m being very picky, and also ended very early (9.30). Jacuzzi and sauna cost extra which was not made clear when booking

I liked the pool and the rooms were lovely and luxurious, we loved the breakfast too nice variety of options and staff were lovely and accommodating, we booked our boat tour through them very last minute and they were so helpful and the cruise was lovely too

No iron or clothes steamer that we could find so that would great if we could've had one but a perfect stay other than this

Clean, new hotel, with friendly staff and buffet breakfast. Loved the rooftop pool and spent many hours there. We liked the location - walkable to the main strip, although there is not much else there yet. Many empty buildings (newly built)of things that are coming soon.

The photos of the rooms we booked had windows, but we were put in rooms without windows.

Everything was spectacular about this hotel. Trong, the hotel manager was friendly and helpful, and assisted me with everything I needed including a day tour to halong bay. The room was exceptional, very spacious, clean and comfortable. My room also had a nice kitchen with a stove and a big fridge. I would absolutely come back.

Breakfast was poor and with almost no variarity. They tried to prepare something at the moment and that was helpful, but we were expecting other kind of situation. The area didnt have restaurants or anything open for bussines.
