The location is really good, just a short walk from the market and walking distance from all the landmarks. There is lots of street food, stores and coffee shops nearby. The room was also quite which is great for such a central location.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 345AB Sai Gon Hotel, and I can't help but share my overwhelmingly positive experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff's warmth and hospitality were simply outstanding. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. They greeted me with genuine smiles and were incredibly helpful throughout my visit. One particular instance that truly impressed me was when they graciously allowed me to check in earlier than the standard time. It made such a difference and immediately set a positive tone for my stay. To my astonishment, I was also informed that my room had been upgraded at no additional cost. The moment I stepped into my new room, I was greeted by an immaculately clean and spacious environment. The attention to detail was evident in every corner, from the neatly arranged furnishings to the fresh linens. The room exuded a sense of comfort and tranquility that instantly put me at ease. I must commend the hotel's commitment to providing a top-notch experience. They have clearly invested in creating a space where guests can relax and unwind. The comfortable bed, tasteful decor, and thoughtful amenities all contributed to an unforgettable stay. It was a haven I eagerly returned to after a day of exploring the city. The location is near to so many choices of food (both street foods and restaurants) and shops (beauty care, convenience shop, even a bookshop). Right when you step outside of the hotel, there is a cheap and delicious pho place (albeit you will have to sit outside without AC or fan to enjoy your bowl of pho). The staff was all very friendly, approachable, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. Just tell them what you need help with, and they will respond to you almost immediately. The room is spacious and clean.

Front desk service was very good and willing to help with any inquiries. They are very friendly and always say hello when you walk by. My room had an issue with the AC and I received a free upgrade. They let me see the room before deciding which was very useful. Bed was extremely comfortable for someone used to moderately firm/soft beds and the sheets were extremely soft. They were more than generous with towels and also provided free small water bottles. My washing machine was broken but they were happy to do my washing for me free of charge instead. AC was strong and kept me cool during the heat 👍

The inside is a bit old fashioned and natural lighting may be hard to come by unless your room has a window.

The 345AB was a pretty good stay for our family. The room was enormous, with a full kitchen and washing machine as well - but no utensils at all, unfortunately. The staff were helpful with our early arrival by providing a spare room to clean up and rest in, but there was a small bit of confusion over whether to charge us a small amount for that service. Overall a very positive experience but not our favorite stay during our two weeks in Vietnam...just a little more polish on everything would make the 345AB truly fantastic!

We never got the sound on the TV to work properly, but in the end that's a small inconvenience. There was confusion about our early arrival bit it was all worked out satisfactorily in the end.

We have had a lovely time at SaiGon Hotel. We were greeted warmly on arrival and taken to our room which was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding was excellent as were the facilities in the room and bathroom. . Staff were very attentive to our needs. The location of the hotel is excellent close to the market and central district. In particular, we like to thank LA who have made our stay here at Silverland Yen so memorable and who have cared for us so well.

My family and I stayed 3 nights. My wife was a bit shocked to know the state of the apartment. Maybe just 3 nights in a 5 star hotel in Halongbay. Indeed I was looking for a simple and clean place. After 1 night, we realized that this place is worth the price. All facilities function well. We use the washing machine. That's very helpful. The AC even though it looks old, but quite functional. But in the future, you need to check the outdoor compressor. Because it sounds weird. The sound is a bit annoying. Shower faucet, very tight. We had trouble adjusting the hot and cold mixer. The quality of all faucet fittings is very good. Linen: sheets, blankets, if you can replace them with thicker ones. Like standard hotels. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. Overall we agree with the value of 8.5 for this apartment. Congratulations.

AC must be check

We commend all the staff, they are very helpful and respectful. Friendly! They kept our room clean and tidy everyday... my only comment is the bit dark hallway and the room we are in doesnt have a view and the window is facing the perimeter wall. Location is very nice! All in all we loved it! We are a family of 4 with 2 grown up daughters.

It was a small apartment with room for 4 people with a kitchen with all the essentials for cooking (including utensils) and a washer (+limited dryer) and all the amenities in an ordinary hotel with a large fridge. Was comfortable with 2 ACs in the unit.

The room could have been aired a little better and smelt a little damp when we first entered. It's probably due to how the buildings in the are densely packed together.
