Super efficient service for pick up and drop off at the airport! The guy that waited for me at the airport yesterday night was super nice and kind! Thank you

Location is excellent if you are planning on going to the airport, only 10 minutes taxi ride and the hotel will arrange the taxi for you (included in the room price). Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is alright, not much variety, but moves your morning hunger by a couple of hours. Room was big and bathroom had a nice bathtub. Bed had good firm mattress, which gave me a good night's sleep.

AC in my room was a bit on the loud side. Also you can hear all the sounds from the corridor.

The location was very near the airport which worked well with me. I am amazed with the lady staff that welcomed me...she met me at the basement entrance, she took care of my luggages, she checked me in, and in the early morning she was even the one who prepared my breakfast. A very good multi tasker. Im sorry i forgot to ask for her name. Another plus factor is the seamless airport pick up. They gave me very clear instructions on what to do. You wont feel lost at the airport.

The breakfast is fairly good...not much choices though. But the chicken noodle soup was very good.

Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Enormous bathroom. The staff were really great. Very helpful. Initially I was staying on my own but due to unforseen circumstances I had to extend my stay and they graciously allowed my wife to join me and stay for the same rate.

The bath is typically asian and quite small for larger western folk. like me. The TV was the size of a postage stamp. I had to spend quite a bit of time in the room and a nicer TV would have been lovely. There's not much variety in terms of restaurants in walking distance so bear that in mind. But all of these are minor gripes.

The breakfast though with limited choices was more than enough .. i like Pho and dragonfruit! ..There was airport transport free of charge ..Staff were polite, spoke good english , answered our queries well

the shower area was a bit difficult to climb.. there should be a small stool or stepboard to avoid falls .Also its better to use the basement elevator than climb to the high reception area..

The location is actually quite busy. Since it is so close to the airport and advertises itself for that convenience I did not expect much in terms of stores and dining options around. But I was surprise by how many places for food, drinks and enjoyment (coffee shops and bars) are around. And it is very very busy in the evening. The hotel has everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. I had an early flight so I did not part take the breakfast but I like the room and find it very clean and comfortable. Staff is super friendly. Room is quite large also and comes with 2 free water bottle as many other hotels in Vietnam. Absolutely great value when you factor in the reasonable cost. The staff actually pro-actively reached out to me asking for details to arrange a pick-up at the airport. I did not need one but still very appreciate that.

We booked this hotel as we were flying into HCMC at midnight and out again the next morning. This hotel includes breakfast and offers free pick up and drop off at the airport which is 10 minutes away by car. The staff were so friendly and helpful giving us clear instructions on where to meet the car and working out what time we’d need to be up to get back to the airport. Our room was surprisingly spacious, clean and very quiet which I wasn’t expecting as this really was a cheap hotel.

The mattress was pretty hard but for the money we paid I wouldn’t complain.

The room is very spacious, very clean, bed very comfy, the bathroom is awesome. They have jacuzzi instead of just shower only. What i like is they have private drivers to pick and dropped you off at airport without being charged. You just have to email and tell them when your arrivals and when departure. Definitely recommended to all people out there. If you plan to stay near airport (you have to remember there isn't much things to do) but the hotel is very good. I paid around 215 Canadian dollars or 160 USD dollars for 6 days and 5 nights. Worth the money. Very quiet place if you like me who like quiet 🤫

Nothing really (beside if they have conditioners would be great). Or like they have extra garbage bin would be nice. I did requested for driver to dropped off at airport on April 19 at 430AM but waited for driver for 30m by this time I knew I was late for flight but they did called the grab to come and pick me up.

It's an old building but once I entered my room on the 3rd floor I was delighted to see the room was big and had two big beds. The whole room is very clean. Can see that It's like just newly renovated. My linen and pillow smells like just washed cloth. The most important reason is to have a free shuttle from/to the airport which is very convenient for me to catch my early flight.

The reception counter needs a little renovation and also the stairway goes up to the reception counter. The hallway must maintain its cleanliness. The room where I stay in, the double lock is broken. Can hear other rooms, when opening and closing the door ( No soundproof).

Proximity to the airport. A MUST if one has an early morning flight as traffic early in the morning in the area can be chaotic. Free shuttle service to & from the airport. Hard bed. Woke up for the first time in 2 weeks without any back pain. This may not, however, suit some people. Very attentive staff. For the price, it is exceptional value. I stayed for one night last year as well.... and I will again.

The breakfast was very poor. I would have paid a higher price for a better breakfast. No juice!!
