Location. Easy access to eateries, cafes, bars and also underground shopping (Central Market Peoples Park). Situated in an alley off the mainroad, it is very quiet and affords good night sleep. Staff. Exceptional. Easy check in check out and super helpful. Booked 2 rooms a Triple Suite 8th floor and a double deluxe. One room was upgraded to a Family room with 2 double beds on the 8th Floor. However was disappointed that the double deluxe room which was supposedly on 9 or 10th floor was "downgraded" to a small triple room on the 5th Floor. The higher floors apparently houses premium and more expensive rooms. Security. Feels safe walking around at night or early morning. Great value for money apart from my slight disappointment over the above.

One room was a "downgrade" in terms of size. Tried communicating the following but gave up after a while. Amenities are basic. No hand soap or tissue box provided. Housekeeping do not clean daily but will do so on request. TV channel not much choice. Only have ceiling lights and two of that shine directly onto the beds. This is disturbing especially when one is sleeping while other guests are up and about doing stuff.

- The staff is nice, specially Helen, she spoke a good English. other members of the staff had limited English skills - Good water pressure - Comfy bed - Quiet at night, no noise from the walking street

- The bathroom “window” was opening only 4 cm and was stuck by a brick wall / little ventilation in the bathroom - The room was clean only 1 time during my 4 nights stay - Smoke smell coming in the room although I am not smoking (maybe someone was smoking in the nearby room/stairs) - Loud noise on the staircase during a morning - Rusty chair in the room - Overpriced laundry rates (40k per kg)

Room was clean, really well located. The staff were super helpful and quick all the time we had any issues. Room was a typical size for Vietnam hotels and had a private bathroom. It also has an elevator which was great because our bags were really heavy. They left us water in our room every day. They have laundry facilities and they an do airport shuttle if you need it. We would definitely stay again if we were to visit HCM City!

The water for the shower was not very hot. We asked about it and they sent someone up to look. At the time he came up the water was very hot but after that is was just warm. I'd say it was very hit and miss. Also I was completely unable to use the WiFi of either my phone and laptop and when it did work it was very slow and would drop out.

Excellent location just around the corner of Bui Vien street, smack dab in the heart of District 1 with lots of food spots nearby. The room is sparkling clean with decent nightly rate. Smiley and helpful staff. Spacios room and comfortable bed.

The room doesn't fully reflect the pictures on the listing but nothing bad at all. The pillows are a bit too high for my neck to rest comfortably on it.

Although the room had no windows it was clean comfortable and fairly quiet despite being on the first floor. Ac was good. It had everything kettle fridge plenty of soap and shampoo. Bed was comfortable. Staff were polite and professional. I would use this hotel again when in Hcmc.

A mat for the shower room would be good. No windows but didn't really bother me.

The hotel is in an amazing location, close to many coffee shops, restaurants, street food options and money exchange shops. The walking street is near the hotel in 2 mins walk, but you can't hear any noise from the room! The room was clean and neat, with all the necessary amenities. The staff at the front desk was really friendly and helpful!

Breakfast is provided but very limited option. Location is great, walking distance to many sightseeing location and food. Opposite hotel has a vegetarian restaurant!

Aircon is placed in the main entrance and causing the bed side is not exposed to aircon and it is quite hot especially during the summer.

The location is very accessible- just in front of the restaurants and bar and walking distance to Ben Tahn Market.

The room is small but we are still comfortable. They are also very strict with the check in and check out time. They charge for early or late check outs.

Everything was great (I booked one of the basic rooms so the price was awesome) friendly staff, clean, strong air conditioning, shower and wifi. Will probably try here again when I see a good promotion on booking.com ... Oh and good location - quiet but still walking distance to bui vien

Wasn't an issue for me, but just be aware water is tepid rather than hot (same many basic hotels in Vietnam)

A little dirty and small, but everything works fine and it’s really all you need when you’re they’re for the city, not the room. would still strongly recommend if you’re visiting and looking for something cheap but in a good location
