Very cute & beautiful hotel....loved the ambience. The interiors were done up so well... Had a small balcony as well. Room was spotless clean.... Beautifully lighted as well which added to the ambience.. Queen who is the manager was so warm & friendly. She went out of her way to assist me.... That little bit of personal touch indeed make you feel good. Also she spoke very good English so communication was optimum. She helped me with directions to few places i wanted to go... Indeed i would love to stay here again...& would recommend to others. By the way....location is brilliant, so close to the party places , yet in a street which is not noisy & offers privacy...

Everything . This is probably the most value for money and best location hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Very near to Be Vien Street and all major restaurants and coffee shops . This hotel is very central to the district 1 of HCM city. I loved the prices of this hotel and how comfortable was our stay . We were a group of 3 friends and we stayed there for almost 15 days with a break of 1 week in between when we were away for Hanoi . This hotel is managed very well , rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is extraordinarily kind and helping . This is best deal one can get if staying for long term in HCM city. Bonus was that the owner of hotel was personally in touch with us to make our stay more comfortable and making sure we have everything we need to ensure a smooth stay.

Great little hotel, up a side street near centre of district 1. Far enough away to not be bothered by any noise. Staff were super friendly and keen to help out in anyway they could. Got my washing done whilst I was out for the day. (30k per Kilo) I would definitely stay again

Two very minor gripes. Difficult to get correct temperature from shower. Cold or very hot. Thou I appreciate actually having hot water, as not always the case when traveling. My room didn't have a window. But I only slept there, so no big deal really.

From check in to check out for 3 nights everything was wonderful. Welcome by Tai who also arranged for us a rest room as we were quite early. He understood quickly about our overnight journey n tiredness. A charming & always helpful girl Trinh who helped us up to main road to carry our baggage, best regards to her as she was very loyal. The guy named Dat is extremely humble & helpful whenever we needed any help, truly amazing boy. Night guy Duc was always ready to assist whatever we asked for. Hotel is located in a quiet alley of the main road. No sound pollution at all. 1 minute walk to Bui vien, 5 mins to Ben thahn market & 2.5 km to post office. No vehicle needed. Super bed quality, peaceful sleep, heavy force shower. AC works well. Tea coffee sachet, kettle, water bottles all your need is in room. Elevator is nice. Daily room cleaning. Extra ordinary staff & management. Book it without any fear, strongly recommended. I am coming again soon.

Exactly what I needed after annoying flight delays: a beautiful, clean room. It's almost like a boutique hotel. Room is small but the lay-out is smart; there's more facilities than other bigger hotels. 24/7 reception. Welcoming staff. They helped carrying my luggage when walking to the taxi. Can pay cash or card. Proper shower (no wetroom!). Aircon cools fast. Comfy bed. Perfect for one person but might be too small for more people. There's not a lot of space to put luggage (my big backpack just fit in the corner). Many lighting options, even a mirror light. Nice to have a balcony, even though you're facing another building. Location is great. In a quiet side street, but close to the party street and good restaurants. Laundry service good and cheap.

Pillows were a bit too fluffy for my taste. Tip: would be nice to have a little rack in the shower cabine for soap etc.

Location was amazing and bed was comfortable

Showers were not hot, lot of noice from the bar until late.

Room was big and clean. The bed was bit hard but comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Only issue was with the bathroom, the shower pressure is very low and no hot water for the entire stay.

My room was tiny but who needs more? I was here to see the city not stay in a luxury hotel. The staff was super friendly, nice and helpful. They speak English which really helps. They were really watching out for me as I am an older woman traveling alone in a foreign country. My room was super clean with a great shower. No view but more importantly it was quiet so I could sleep.

Of course, a city view is always nice. So that would have made it more perfect, but for the low price one cannot have everything.

This is a great Hotel, central location, very good value for money, great laundry service, super awesome staff.

The value of money is worth the price of the hotel. Very clean room and Bathroom Walking distant going to Ben Thanh Market, Saigon Square and Takashimaya Mall but you can take the taxi if you want with a fare of less than 30,0000 Vietnamese Dong You can explore the Bui Vien Street Market at Night. A lot of restaurants and street foods around. Thanks to Mr. Hat, he is approachable and was able to answer our queries.

The noise outside the hotel coming from a Bar but this is understandable since the location is with a lot of bars and restaurants for night life.
