The pool and gym facilities were great! The room was large and bed was super comfortable. Nice and easy location for getting to the airport.

We had requested two beds but when we arrived the bed was still joint as one so one blanket to share between two of us. It was late when we arrived and the bed was large so we didn’t make too much of a fuss. There was also some confusion at check in as the staff wanted me to give a second credit card to be charged when one had already been charged. It might have been a language barrier issue but after myself insisting on the one card it all worked out.

Lovely hotel with large rooms, a comfortable bar and great breakfast buffet. Easy access to the airport and some rooms include free airport pick up and drop off. We got a club room and highly recommend them, as you get great value from them. There is also a quaint pool, lounging area near the dining area.

The hotel is a little aged, but still very good.

The service, the comfiness of the bed, the outdoor pool, the hospitality and the cleanliness was incredible. We had such an amazing stay here for a very reasonable price.

The food at the restaurant was good but not as good as the street food you can get for a quarter of the price. I also expected an international hotel chain to be more environmentally conscious. The toiletries were all single-use and wrapped in lots of plastic. I would prefer it if they were more mindful of the products they used.

What a well balanced stay at this hotel. Exceptional service from the staff and very good food. Hats off to the chef and entire team at Parkroyal Saigon.

Khanh at the reception at night is a bit stingy with facilities. Asked us to overpay at check in as a cover charge and on Paying only room tariff asked us to pay all bills separately instead of at check out as it normally is on most hotels.

We booked this as it was pretty close to the airport. Wish we could’ve stayed longer and made use of the amazing looking pool. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable. Great bathroom. Really friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t fault any of it. Definitely recommend. Especially if you want something close to the airport – but even if you don’t it is a great place to stay.

The location for travelers needing to access the Airport is the best. There services and facilities rival other five star hotels I've visited in Ho Chi Minh. The staff and management are very customer service orientated and always provide great service.

We stayed for a week and found the staff to be exceptional, the facilities are better than I expected and we enjoyed the food as well. A great place to stay and convenient to the airport.

If you’re hoping to spend a lot of time in district 1 you will spend a bit of time in taxis. Aside from that I didn’t find anything to dislike.

Super comfortable beds. Very helpful and kind staff. Nice to have the free shuttle to the shopping center.

Not a great location if you want to take a walk to find a meal. But Grab was there in less than 1 minute.

The water drainage at the Bath Tub a bit too slow. Perhaps it could be make the drainage hole bigger at the bath tub
