The room itself was very spacious and large, I liked that it had an armchair, it was very comfortable to sit in and relax. We did opt for an upgraded room. Our main reason for staying here was because of its location near the HCMC Marathon, it was about 2km from the event, and easily walkable to and from. There was a great burger spot down the road and a pastry and dessert cafe also nearby. We will definitely be staying here for all future races.
There was nothing not to like, it was pretty good for what we needed, a budget hotel for just a night, and it was great.

Location of the hotel is perfect, very quite place. A lot of caffe around. In 1km there is two big shopping malls. Very friendly personal. They are also english-speaking. Hien (girl from reseption)- is very openhearted girl which is making this place even better.
Ants in the room. Some rooms require repair. Wi-fi is not very stable.

The hotel's location is nice for visiting nearby schools and apartment buildings. It's close to a busy area of town but is pretty quiet. The building is also small and easy to navigate.
The motorbike parking is outside and not covered. The place is nice enough but feels a bit dated.

We really liked the location - we booked the hotel to be in the heart of district 7. Very green area.
Bed was unbelievably firm and uncomfortable. Also there were ants - not only on the floor but even in bed :(

the hotel over all is ok, for it category. they have free rental bicycle, which is good plus. also you can rent motorbike. the receptions was very kind
the elevator was broken. and the credit machine also, and i cannot pay with my credit card
