Excellent location if you dont want to be somewhere that feels local and authentic, but still very close to District 1. I have been to this city 7 times and I would have to rate the value of this hotel to be quite high. Its very reasonably priced for what you get. The cleaners do a good job and the bed was firm-comfortable (standard in vietnam). I see some other reviews complaining about having to pay for water bottles, the restaurant, etc. but guess what? You dont have to buy any of this stuff if you dont like the price. There are convenience stores (with super cheap prices) right at the entrance of the hotel and a very long street with a huge variety of local foods right around the corner. Didnt you want to explore local street food options while visiting Vietnam anyway? Well this hotel's location enables you to do that very easily.

The hallway does echo sound a bit, including the chime from the elevator, but in practice this wasnt too much of a problem. The chime is pleasant, and not many people were using it or talking in the hallways during sleeping hours. I will say that I use ear plugs however. I recommend that you bring earplugs for any hotel in Saigon, its a noisy city from traffic or otherwise if you are to stay in a busy popular area.

I don’t like being charged for standard bottled water but after protesting they didn’t charge me - They aren’t really serious about providing Coffee or breakfast - but you can Fina a good coffee or Breakfast for a few dollars on street -.Fabulous “Paris Baguette”Patisserie and Cafe where you can indulge in high quality pastries and coffe or salad ! Better than Paris and half the price !

Good location, great staff, motorbike parking. Good value for location.

No furniture on balcony. ‘landmark view’ would take an intricate system of periscopes and telescopes. Must of ‘city view’ from balcony was actually the hotel sign.

Friendly staff.Meals available at more than reasonable rates and would add to menu if asked.Went out of their way ordering taxis every day for me.Overall a lovely experience best price and would reccomend to ANYONE Thanks guys Phil Griffiths

Location was great because it is close enough to walk and far enough away so it is quieter than the main tourist area (Bui Vien st ) Co-op super market over the road. And eating areas are also close. Cam on rat nheiu 🤠

The staff were super friendly, amazingly new room with great furniture/water/internet. Location was great too I loved my stay.
