There was a stair leading to the main entrance of the hotel, but the gentleman at the door helped carry my huge luggage up the stairs. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The location was great, less than 10mins by taxi from the airport. The room facilities were adequate, i only stayed for a few hours before my early morning flight.

Maybe add handwash liquid, i had to use the provided shower gel to clean my hands. Need to add a bed lamp. It was a bit difficult to turn off the main light and walk in the dark to the bed.

My window was facing a brick wall, like 20 cm behind the window, I assume there used to be some view in the past but recently they built a new adjacent building making the window useless and the room has no natural light anymore. But if you stay just one night like me during a stopover, it's not a big issue.

Great hotel close to the airport, I only had one night due to catching a flight the next day. Room was huge and very clean, great shower and toilet facility. Staff I encountered at check in were great very polite and helpful. Would defiantly stay here again if the need arises.

No breakfast but no big deal was moving early to the airport so got there.

We ended up here when two of our other bookings cancelled last minute and we ended up staying for the rest of our time in HCM. The staff were lovely and while the rooms were basic, they were clean and comfortable. close to airport and very easy to get into the city. Convenience store nearby and staff very willing to help.

We were told that it's possible to walk to the international airport from the hotel, but we didn't want to take the chance of getting lost. If they had a map with the route to International departures marked on it, we would have been very happy.

Walking distance from the airport was very convenient. Good place to stay when you’re arriving to Saigon at late night time. Staff was friendly and in my room it was quiet and clean. Good place to rest after a long flight.

water was not warm enough. but it happens everywhere in Vietnam. My opinion - it is better to use flow heaters as everyone does in Thailand.

Good, basic 3 star accomodation. Clean, quiet, airconditioned. Easy walk to airport. Plenty of cafes close by. Friendly staff. Perfect for a nights sleep between flights. Good value for money. I did not choose breakfast, so can not comment on this.

The staff was relatively helpful, certainly not proactive. ( I am 74 years old, had to ASK for help with luggage on arrival and did not ask not receive when leaving. Tipped anyway!

The size of the room. Very tight quarters.
