I like how the staff was VERY attentive. The hotel is kept at its best (of course, all buildings in Vietnam are old and there are cracks here and there) but the staff did an amazing job keep it clean, presentable, and sanitary! I felt great and always looked forward to coming back to the room after a long hot day in the city.

Honestly, nothing really. Maybe the only thing I would say is maybe the elevator needs to be recalibrated or something because once or twice (out of the 10 times I used it) the elevator would forget that I pressed the button and would have to press it again. Decided to take the stairs a couple of times since it was faster.

Great location, close to everything, yet quiet. All you can eat breakfast included Fantastic "value" deals available which bring nicely into my price range. I have stayed here in 3 different rooms. Rooms with natural light to front are far superior, but unless you're lucky with s free upgrade, you pay a bit more. Staff very helpful (I couldn't initially work tv..lol) and I requested room where air con does not face bed (first stay) and this was accommodated wonderfully. This is the place I will book for daughters visit to Ho Chi Minh. On main drag (ease of taxi's) central and quiet.

Got internal facing room. No natural light (keeping privacy)and no bed reading lamps. Otherwise great.

Hotel was clean, well taken care of. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.

The neighborhood was okay but it get very crowded to walk due to all the mopeds parked on the sidewalk. Just 2 blocks and you are at nightlife Bui Vien walking street. Highlands Coffee shop 1 block and lots of restaurants very near the hotel.

The people in the reception were very nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location great, still quiet in my room. The safe was big and bolted to the furniture.

The window in my room had no view so I kept the curtains shut...but no problem for me.. I had huge portions for breakfast, seemed like the lady serving eggs and scrambled eggs thought I was greedy.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was varied. The location gives you several tourist options and restaurants nearby.

The gym was not very good; no towels provided. Unfortunately, I was 1 of 3 people who used the lobby’s ATM and had their card disappear. I did finally have to retrieve it at the bank thanks to 1 of the staff members.

The breakfast had a good variety and was well presented. I really thought the location was excellent as it was close to most of the city's attractions. The staff were very good and made my stay even more enjoyable.

There wasn't a lot not to like really.

Service was good. They were very caring and helpful. Always smiling. Breakfast service was handy and amazing aswell as location. Most tours start from district 1 and this is prime location. Aircon was the bomb

Rooms need some minor maintenance with door handles and light switches other than that. 👍

Very good staying experience.

We ran out of water and requested staff to refill water. They kept saying it will be done only the next day. They could have done that and deducted from next day's count. It was very frustrating as we had no water in the room and had to go out looking for water.

Very clean hotel with fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. All main attractions are within the reach of a hand.

The party street (Bui Vien Street) is too close to the hotel and very poor isolation makes it impossible to fall asleep before 4 am. Ear plugs are mandatory!
