Loved the heritage aspect, on the river away from the centre. Superb staff, particularly at the front desk. Lovely big, secluded pool and nice restaurant with tables on the river.

The main reason for choosing the hotel was the promise of a complimentary boat down the river to the centre ( lovely way to travel rather than the crazy traffic) unfortunately the boat captain had disappeared and the one trip he took me, which was delightful, he failed to pick me up again at the designated time! This seems to be an essential element that needs to be sorted.

We had booked this hotel as it looked and was lovely, but also it stated that there was a boat suttel service to the town. The boat wasn't in service, as they were waiting on a licence, so we had to get taxis . Because of this reason the location of the hotel is just a bit too far from the main part of town, so that is why we gave a 9 out 10

Everything was great starting from check-in.I received a nice glass of welcome juice,which was a nice gesture in the hot weather. The place is beautiful, the staff is great,the pool is amazing and room with the balcony and river view was exceptional. If you prefer to stay a bit further from the city center,this place is for you.It is very relaxing and the receptionists are really nice.I had an amazing time there. The size of the pool is very nice,I loved it. The variety of breakfast was good too. You can choose from the menu and you can have it by the river. They also have a small room with a few fitness equipments,so you can do a little workout as well.The place is really quiet and relaxing.

I loved everything.Only the mosquitos were bothering,so prepare for that.

A pretty special find, staff extraordinarily good, food,serenity, landscaping, old style colonial hotel , I really did not think such places existed anymore, and amazing value, but there it is!

The beds were super springy and too soft. Too soft in that you sort of sink into it. The boat service wasn’t working, there are no spa services on site but there is a good one nearby.

We really enjoyed Villa Song. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The situation was lovely and so interesting being next to the Saigon river. Lovely setting. Would definitely stay there again.

A lift would be nice - we were on the third floor so going up the stairs was quite hard in the heat and with two of us having asthma, etc. The air con didn't work as well as it should have done.

Lovely boutique hotel right on the river with an excellent pool and very well-appointed rooms. The food was delicious and service next to none. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we really enjoyed.

Customer service was great and it was very clean

The internet was terrible which made it hard for me to do work and communicate with my family.

location and access into main city via short ride on Villa Saigon ferry

there was a function going on and the M/C was just screaming into the microphone the whole evening - it was offensive

Stunning colonial style hotel on the river beautiful fit out extremely comfortable bed and quiet serene location And the swimming pool was magnificent
