This is a fabulous boutique size villa to stay at and we were so glad that it was recommended to us by previous guests. It is family owned and run and you couldn't meet a more lovely and genuine family. Uyen speaks very good English and makes sure you have everything you need. Uyen's husband cooks a very delicious breakfast and is also very kind. The villa is situated in a quiet street and is within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and the famous tailors and shoe makers of Hoi An in the Old Town. The room is spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony to sit out on. The pool is a lovely temperature to refresh you and is surrounded by pretty greenery. There are scooters and bicycles on site for rental and a laundry service which we found convenient. Uyen can organise car transfers at a reasonable price as well as tours. I cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. We were very sad to say goodbye and hope that we can visit again.

Nothing we didn't like

We had an amazing time here. Uyen helped us with everything. It was easy to rent a scooter and she gave us some reccomendations for restaurants or tailors. Every morning we had a little chat with her and got to know her and Hoi an better. The whole family is very kind. Everyone always had a smile on their faces and greeted us or said good night. Also they have an amazing passion juice at breakfast. The room is very spacious and clean. They cleaned everyday (even the floor). The pool was great to cool down during the hot days. The shower had good pressure.

It was a truly wonderful stay! The hotel service is wonderful, we felt like we were visiting our family 🥹 Beautiful, very clean rooms. Cleaning every day, changing towels, even washing the floor! We also did the best laundry here in Asia (we traveled to many places and it was never washed so thoroughly and smelled so good!). The owner is a wonderful person, she talked to us every day 🤍 The only thing that could be improved is that the scrambled eggs and egg omelette had less fat 🙊 But this is just a trivial thing! We were supposed to stay three nights, but we stayed one more because it was really great. We recommend it wholeheartedly!

The host is lovely, welcoming and helpful, and the property is in a great location, quiet area but easy to walk or take a Grab taxi to the old town. Really nice Magnolia cafe nearby to the hotel. Breakfast is tasty, and the sheets and pillows smelled SO fresh, like fresh air (not sure how they got them smelling so fresh but it was much appreciated!)

The rooms aren’t soundproof like it says on the ad. I needed a quiet room, and luckily the host easily moved me to a quiet room. I appreciated that:)

We stayed 4 nights at trendy life villa and really enjoyed our time there ! What we loved : - the room was very spacious, clean and modern + the balcony was very nice - Uyen (the owner) is so kind ! She has warmly welcomed us with a good passion juice and a pleasant little chat. She is always happy to help for anything you need. - the fact that we had free bicycles at our disposal to discover the area. Much appreciated the experience, would recommend it 100% ! ✌️🤙

Everything. Uyen (the owner, small family run business ) was so lovely, such a kind person and great company. We had fresh passion fruit juice on check in, the rooms were the biggest hotel rooms we've ever stayed in, couldn't believe it for the price. Spotlessly clean. Also the fact that breakfast was included for this price, amazing. Coffee was really nice and she offered to buy some for us as it was cheaper for her! She was always trying to help us with not being overcharged and was probably the only person we met who wasn't trying to sell us anything extra. Very accommodating and offered late check out as no guest had booked the room after us. Would 100% recommend, we ended up extending our stay here as it was so nice. Also free bike rentals. Beds very comfortable.

Wow! What an amazing place in Hoi An. It's close to the touristy area but far enough away so its nice and quiet at night. The hosts were wonderful, the nicest people we met in Vietnam. Genuinely enjoyed our stay and talking to them. The breakfasts were filling and delicious. Our room was beautiful, and very large. Everything was really clean and comfortable. 1000% would stay here again, thank you for our wonderful stay!

Fantastic Family run little guest house.Uin,the host, speaks excellent English and is very helpful. Lovely breakfast and the rooms are very spacious and impeccably clean. There are bicycles available for guests and Uin can sort out day trips to surrounding attractions. Will definitely be returning here as we were made to feel part of the family...see you soon.x

We planned to stay 4 nights but ended up staying 8 nights in total. The host is so friendly and will help you with anything you ask. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a couple different options, she wants to make sure that you are full:) The location is great. A quiet area away and the free bikes that can take you to the busy city centre in a few minutes. Our host picked us up from the train station in Da Nang and drove us to the airport when we left.

It’s a lovely, family run business. The owner really goes above and beyond to chat with guests and help in any way. The rooms and bathroom are finished to a high standard rarely seen in Vietnam for this price. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were cleaned daily. The pool area is beautiful and breakfast was really nice. Overall really enjoyed our time here and would totally recommend to anyone visiting Hoi An.
