Location was great and the view from the 17th floor VIP suite was uninterrupted. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Next time I am in Nha Trang I would spend a little more for things I would like. For eg central cooling and a balcony with a view rather than just the window.

Unable to leave power on while not in the room so always came back to a stuffy room. They dont have central aircon so you have to turn on both aircons every time. The Do Not Disturb sign doesnt work unless you are in the room. Lots of rules like not being able to leave wet clothes to dry on the balcony or within the room. No towel racks. Breakfast was mediocre. But for the price all this is acceptable.

The location was great. Although not at the immediate waterfront, it still sports nice ocean views while being much more quiet than the hotels right next to the roaring ocean promenade. Staff is professionally correct and communication in English is unproblematic at any hour of the day. Nice and very hygienic room service. You can get beach towels for free and they conveniently rent out motorbikes. Lots of restaurants and stores in the vicinity. We liked it a lot and will probably be back soon.

Just very minor things: The window in the room is locked. I, personally, like to get some fresh ocean breeze through the window every now and then. But the hotel has 18 floors and many people come to party. Locking the window is very reasonable from a safety point of view in this case! Our safety deposit box did not work. We told the reception but they never fixed it. Luckily, the staff at Apus is honest and nothing went ever missing or was stolen.

The room is quite old

Best location in Nha Trang. Some rooms have good sea view.

We booked 4 rooms over 2 weeks and only one had good water pressure in the shower,also the rooms with shower over free standing bath not suitable for most and very slippy. Breakfast very disappointing we had the 1st week but didn’t bother the 2nd week.No cereals,orange juice like water. Food dishes and an empty cigarette packet was left in the stairwell for at least 7 days. Nice pool area on roof but only had cushions on beds 1 day and never saw them again.No food or drinks available by the pool. Not a proper gym,just a broken bench and some dumb bells and a running machine open air by the pool(but better than nothing). Hotel has great potential and for the price I would stay again provided I had a room with good water pressure.

Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach. Great restaurants and bars close by and a big supermarket just around the corner. All the staff were very helpful. Would definately stay again

Great location within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shops, spas, night market. Friendly staff, Michael the manager was friendly, helpful and informative. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great time in Nha Trang. Room was very clean and comfortable, nice linen and towels. Rooftop pool was lovely, although only three sun loungers for a large hotel inadequate.

Breakfast buffet was repetitive after two days, no cereal option. However, fresh and tasty. Egg station a bonus. No on-site spa facilities, although many available in very close proximity. No staff in attendance on rooftop, so unable to purchase drinks etc.

My family enjoyed the breakfast. They went there for 3 days. There were various of choice.

My family and I stayed at your hotel during 18th to 21st September 2023. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 rooms. During our stay, we did appreciate the hotel room and facility. My kids enjoyed and had lots of fun and thanks for your service. During my check out, we were charged for 300000 Vietnamese dong because my kid lost room key card (2 key card) which I understand that is our fault. However, I wonder if your hotel charged for the room key in case of lost because I couldn’t find any policy about this (I attached you for your review). Moreover, When I asked for the receipt, the staff made me a fake receipt by using the copy machine.

The location was great...just a few minutes walk to the beach. The staff were super nice and very helpful. The room was very comfortable....it had everything we needed for a great stay. Comfortable bed, fast wifi, hot powerful shower...everything was super clean and we thought the room was great value for money. I would stay again despite the experience that we had with other guests (see below).

The only downside was a big group of Chinese tourists that decided it was a great idea to stay in the hall talking all night. They were super loud and would not be quiet despite being asked. They were also smoking in the corridor. Lots of hotels have arrangements with Chinese tour companies so perhaps they should be given stricter rules about what is and what isn't acceptable.

It was a great location - walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The staff were welcoming and helpful, gave us tips for the area, and let us store our luggage when we needed to check out. The rooms were nice enough, the beds were comfortable, and our rooms had a lovely view. Overall it was good, especially for the price!

There wasn't anything in particular that we didn't like! It was just not as nice as other places I've stayed in Nha Trang, but worth it for the price I would say. Didn't have a chance to check out the pool or breakfast options.
