We stayed at Boton Blue as a last minute change to our travel plans. We picked the hotel based on its location north of the city centre (away from the city hustle) and the infinity pool looked awesome plus other reviews were good! We were not disappointed... the pool is spectacular overlooking the bay. The buffet breakfast is up there with the best of them. The thing to note is the customer service - it is outstanding. We have not experienced great customer service at other venues throughout Vietnam so this was so refreshing and welcoming. Our room was fab - clean, spacious, big comfy bed, big waterfall showerhead and a balcony with partial sea view. We booked 1 night and stayed 2 nights. The ocean outfront is kind of ok for swimming, keeping in mind, the Vietnam coast is dominated by fishermen. We had room service one night which was delicious. There are awesome places to eat outside too. Thanks to the management and staff for a great stay (in a rather hectic place) ❤️

We chosed the Boton Blue for a 3 week stay and were not disappointed. The service and friendliness of every staff member is outstanding and absolutely professional! No matter where you go at Boton Blue. At the breakfast buffet, at the reception/frontdesk, in the pool area, in the SPA, the housekeeping, in the disco on the 27th floor. They always help you, no matter what question you have. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and the breakfast is fantastic. From Western to Asian, everything is there. Bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, bacon, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes, fruit, tea, coffee, juice, etc. The rooms are clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. The air conditioning had worked perfectly, had no unpleasant smell. Wi-Fi is normally always a problem, but it worked fine and quiet fast here! The location is very quiet and safe. Yes, the hotel is on the main street and seafront, but compared to the centre of Nah Trang where there are many hotels, it is really pleasant. The pool is brilliant and we were lucky that it was not often crowded. Probably the guests were more interested in travelling around the hotel instead of swimming ;-) The cocktails are very tasty and the pool staff is also very friendly. We really enjoyed our time at the pool. There is an in-house disco on the 27th floor, which is open at weekends. It offers great facilities, with a great roof terrace and a fantastic view. The only thing we would have liked here is a full dance floor for a great party atmosphere. Therefore, I definitely rate our stay with 11 points instead of only 10. In terms of service and friendliness of the staff, Boton Blue is currently ranked number 1 in our hotel experience worldwide and has absolutely earned its 5 stars! You really get the feeling that every single member of staff enjoys working at this hotel and is committed to provide the best experience for their customers! The location and the overall appeal of the place was packed with people, hence I would say the staff was doing a great job managing such an inflow of people

The overall hygiene of the place was not great the floors were dirty and there was settled dust on things and then the bathtub outside was a huge disappointment, I mean so much so that I decided not to use it at all. And the overall room is small no matter how big it might look in the images.

The hotel had excellent facilities. The room was fabulous and the views outstanding. We had a double balcony with a bath which was just amazing. It was a bit out of the city, but we liked that. Staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough for us. They were so friendly and helpful, not just 1 or 2 but all of them. We would go back here without hesitation.

Employees were very friendly, attentive and also helpful when it comes to organizing daytrips. A highlight for us was also the very nice pool-area located on the 5th floor with a wonderful view. This hotel is not located in the center and due to this also a bit more quite, what we appreciated.

Right in front of the hotel there is a possibility to go for a swim in the sea, what I recommend early in the morning or in the evening. During the day if you like to stay on the beach you need to walk 1 kilometer, where also the hotel owned deckchairs are located and anyway a short walk is not really a disadvantage.
