the personnel was very friendly and helpful when needed. the view of the room and pool on roof was beautiful as well.

two families checked in next door three days before we left and they were so noisy! i could even hear them when we were all in each other’s room. also didn’t like how the bathroom didn’t have any locks on them, it was just a slide door. sometimes when i went in the bathroom, the water in the toilet smelled very bad for some reasons. the room was also not so spacious as i initially thought and there were only few sockets in the room. there was also a safety vault in the room which stopped working on the third day and would only open after multiple tries.

The location was great, Nha Trang beach and night market were 7-10 mins away via walking. Everything was nearby the hotel and easily accessible by foot....food/drinks/spa/market/convenience store. Staff were very friendly, room was cleaned daily, I was able to speak to someone via Line Chat which was great! They helped setup airport taxi for me, accommodated my stay by having all the 3 rooms we booked on the same floor, and we got offered 1kg of free laundry daily per room which made it even more convenient to stay at Le's Cham. The hotel has a very easily visible sign which made it easy to find. They also had a scale which we could borrow to weigh our luggage's. We hope to stay there again!

I wish the swimming pool was heated on those cold/cloudy days we had in Nha Trang. Otherwise there isn't anything which we did not like at Le's Cham.

We loved the location...in relation to price was a few interesting blocks to the beach 5 minute walk. Also had local markets nearby selling all kinds of fascinating fresh produce! Loads of local restaurants to eat at. Most of all the service staff were extremely helpful especially by Khan and Nahn. Thank you all so much for our stay. We are flashpacker style travellers and never stay 5 star but this defintely felt like 4 star property to us. If this is you it should work for you as well. 😊

Only mprovement I could suggest is yoghurt and honey to the buffet. But there was enough to get me started for the day.... And I've put weight on since coming to Vietnam anyway!!😉

Friendly staff and professional staff , clean and luxury feeling of the room , room service and good food , roof top pool and restaurant on property, Gym also. Daily cleaning. The location was good for food and the convenience of anything. Also recieved a free key chain as a checking out gift and a thank you note which I found to be very thoughtful and warming.

I like that the hotel provide a safe to keep your valuables. The staff was very helpful booking our taxi. Also there’s an avocado ice cream shop nearby that is to die for.

The AC was not strong enough and it turns off when I leave so I always come back to a hot room.

We only stayed one night but this is a lovely hotel, with an amazing pool, friendly staff and our room had a great view and was very clean and comfy. Great stay.

Personally I wasn’t so keen on the breakfast, I didn’t think it tasted very good.

Very clean, best location; many stores, facilities around Le’s Cham Hotel. i specially love the design of room and hotel. It looks like a boutique hotel with warm light and honest employee. Will come back for the next business.

Everything here is perfect. Friendly staff, beautiful room, super clean, with big bathroom and private balcony. The rooftop pool is amazing. Will definitively be back
