We had amazing time in Queen Ann Hotel. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The view from the balcony was magnificent. The prices in the hotel ( spa, pool bar, restaurant ) were very reasonable. The staff in the hotel was exteremely polite and helpful. We had to walk across the road to get to the beach, by it didn't bother us. The beach was clean.

The hotel's location isn't perfect. There are lots of shady places around with some dishonest people. They are getting money by tricking the tourists. Do not even think about eating in "seefood places" around. Do not repeat our mistake! Of course it has nothing to do with the hotel directly. But I think if the "hotel" takes care about its visitors it will make a warning note and put it in each room to help the tourists not to get in trouble.

It is a nice hotel far enough from the cloudy centre of Nha Trang with its own facilities on the beach (on order but free). Our room (Premium double ocean view) was good after partial renovation. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and all the necessary cosmetics are in the bathroom (just no body lotion). It is also nice that both the bath and shower cabin are in the bathroom. The hotel has a very professional and good staff at reception and in restaurants (Our congrats to the manager!). The indoor pool is small but nice and clean. We also highly recommend the following: our dinner on the 28 floor was excellent, with live piano and very tasty food - just ask the restaurant manager, Ms Kim Huong, for support and advice.

The old carpet in the room has an unfresh view and smell. It would be nice to add scales and a small mirror to the bathroom.

Staff were tremendous - always greeted with a big, warm smile, always very polite and helpful. The view from my ocean view room was stunning. Something I'll never forget!

The gym was lacking and quality of food for room service can be improved upon if I have to pick on anything.

Room with sea view, most staff are helpful and polite, nice facilities such as pool, restaurants, spa. Very good massage. They also offered free drive from and to the airport and food voucher for longer stay.

Breakfast on the main 4th floor was crowded with a lot of people, so they moved us to 6th floor to have it more quiet. I suppose that was good intention, but it would have been better if I was informed that breakfast on 6th floor was small and food was much more limited. Also coffee option is basic, and they charged to order better ones.

The hotel had great facilities, the pool was great and we never struggled to find a sun lounger even during the day. It was close to the beach and easy to access the town by grab bike or taxi. The pool bar had good food, which was made better by the food and drink voucher we received. The room itself was amazing, the view was incredible we ended up sleeping with the curtains open a few of the days! The staff were so helpful and we really had an amazing stay :)

The only thing I would say is that the property is a little far from some of the town and beach activities but it’s still walkable if you’re into that. With the heat, it’s a little hard to bear walking around so we mostly used grab. The breakfast was also a little lacking at times, particularly the roasting machine but overall not too bad for the convenience.

Oh my god... AMAZING and loved everything. Everyone made us felt so welcoming and so helpful. Both of my little girls loved it so much and wanted to come back and for sure we be back again!!!! Thank you queen ann, you guys are amazing xxx

The fact that 5 nights wasnt enough for us... wanted to stay longer

Lovely hotel, great location and rooms. View was amazing and breakfast was very good. Was a bonus having free transfer to airport which is around 40 minutes away. Enjoyed the bath and the clothesline in the bathroom was a bonus. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Demolition of buildings across the road made it quite noisy and they worked through the weekend. Could hear noise even with windows and curtains drawn.

The room was large, had a great balcony with an excellent view. The room was well maintained, everything was clean and in good working order, with the exception of the in room safe but that was not a problem for us. Bathroom had a separate shower and bath and was quite large. Breakfast buffet was great, nice food and a lot of choices. This is a busy hotel but the staff did an amazing job of keeping everything going well despite the number of people who stay here. We stayed on a higher level floor and it was very quiet. Great value for money as well. They have a private beach as well which was great. The beach area was clean most days so we could swim in the ocean.

This is minor, but the pool area is not really a place to relax.

We had such a relaxing stay here. The hotel is in such a good location on the sea front that is close to lots of good restaurants and bars. The hotel also provides a private beach area for its guests which we really appreciated. The rooms are nice and very clean, and we had a balcony room which had a gorgeous view of the beach. The staff are also very friendly and attentive.

Rooms were clean and bigger than expected. A bit out of the night life/main area but still on the main stretch. Everyone was willing to help you and provided great service
