It's a very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and a lavish breakfast spread. Stayed there for 2 nights and had a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff is professional and we would love to return again.

The location is a bit secluded and around 2 km away from restaurants and shops.

The staff were amazing, a big thank you to Truc and Phong who are 2 highly professional members of the Xavia team and are invaluable. All the rest of the staff there work so hard and are extremely helpful. The room is large, the view fantastic and the breakfast is varied.

When it's windy it can get a little noisy in the room as the windows are badly fitted. The floor in the bathroom gets very wet after a shower.

The staff went completely out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after the entire time. Especially Båo Trúc at reception. She was so kind and helpful during our stay. Nice breakfast. Location was perfect.

I’m super grateful of Jenny and the entire Customer Service Team for giving me a beautiful cake on my birthday during my stay. I only asked for a simple decoration for my room but I was struck in awe when they extended extra mile by giving me a cake on my birthday. I have never experienced this extra effort from my previous hotel bookings. I had the best experience of Nha Trang because of Xavia Hotel. You can rest assured that your world class customer service will be shared to my entire Filipino friends. Thank you so much once again Xavia Hotel Team. Would highly recommend. Very comfortable room, great location and there was heaps of choice for breakfast to suit all needs.

We stayed in a Suite on one of the upper floors with a balcony and windows overlooking Nha Trang Beach. The view from the room is the best beach view we have ever seen. You can walk directly out of the hotel and across the road to the beach. The pool is under cover which when it was 38 degrees was a bonus as when it was too hot to go the beach during the day we could use the pool. The room was big and clean.

The only very minor issue we had was the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying but did not impact our stay at all.

Great service and nice view for my room. Friendly and nice staffs. Especially big thank to ms Huyen Tran for supporting and caring us during the time we stay there. Will back soon !

Buffet for breakfast should have more choices for dishes to enjoy , especially for guests staying for 2-3 days

When we stayed the hotel had been open for 3 months so everything was fresh and new. It's a family operation and the staff speak excellent English. Interesting building design; most rooms don't have outdoor windows instead the windows face a courtyard amd pool with a retractable glass ceiling. Some rooms have a large balcony that also faces the courtyard and pool. Other rooms have outdoor facing windows and an outdoor balcony facing the street.  The hotel is outside Hue...about a 20 minute taxi from the train station. 90,0000 VD  from the train station 120,0000 from the centre of town.  We really liked it, the staff are genuinely friendly. We asked for an upgrade and since they had lots of room they moved us to a nicer larger room at no charge. Very good value! TIP Ask for a room with an outdoor facing window if you're okay with a bit of street noise.
