The staff in Châu Són Garden Resort were absolutely fantastic and could not do any more to accommodate us on our trip. We arrived earlier than expected and were welcomed with hot drinks and warm smiles. There was an option to rent motorbikes at the resort for a very small fee, and the hotel staff were able to guide us on our trip. The rooms were spotlessly clean and offered a selection of free toiletries for guests. The owners of this resort also own a beautiful restaurant in the city which we visited and got the most delicious meal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. There were no hidden fees or surprises along the way, and the staff were so welcoming and kind.

The resort was under reconstruction when we arrived, and as a result, some of the facilities were incomplete. I have no doubt that once these works are completed then this resort will be excellent.

Friendliest host we’ve met so far in Vietnam, cooked the delicious food we ordered herself! Pool and rooms were clean, very very comfortable and well designed, new. Garden was beautiful. Bikes are for free, food there from the restaurant is fairly priced.

The location is not ideal, restaurants are a bit further away. The bikes need new breaks. Wished there could be sun beds or something to lay on around the pool. Rooms are not soundproof and other guests were pretty loud around 7 am in the morning.

An excellent new hotel with beautiful rooms and wonderful views of the countryside. The service is also excellent with an in house taxi reasonably priced to take us back and forth to the great sights. We had delicious meals prepared for us and the menu is diverse. The staff is one of the highlights, the helped us st every turn, letting us have a very late check out and shower after a long day out and before we caught our overnight train to Huw. They were simply the best and so sweet. Thank you!

Rooms are beautiful and modestly priced. Meals were tasty and service excellent!!!

The hotel is a bit out of town. But they organised a motorcycle so the town and sightseeing was easy. Hotel just been completely renovated so everything worked. Shower toilet. Room with new furniture and appliances. Staff really helpful. Told us where to go and enjoy the area. Would be tricky without cycle or motorcycle. They were good enough to drop us at buses.

Beautiful hotel and pool/garden area that we unfortunately didn't have time to use and receptionist Kim Anh was so lovely and so helpful.

The rooms were large and new/clean, the bathroom was nice. The man at the front desk was helpful.

The biggest issue, and this might not be their fault, is that booking.com lists the property location as in the centre of town, near the train station. This is actually incorrect - and after much hassle we found the property about 20 mins drive out of town. There were no real food options in this area either. Also, the hotel is still under construction - i’m sure it will be nice once finished, but when we where there they were angle grinding in the lobby and our room had loose wires hanging from the walls.
