Waterpark and kids playground. Very huge resort that I ever stayed before. Lovely beach but if there are some chair at the seaside will be perfect

1. The room is a little old and not clean enough too much mosquitoes in the toilet and room. The staffs are eager to help us for cleaning up the room and fill up essential oil the mosquitoes without any extra cost 2. The food at the hotel is very expensive only 5 little shrimp cost me 10$/ pack 😄 3. Water Park is not private they open for public also that why we need to keep our belongging very carefully 4. Huge Hotel but less staff so the service is not really good.

Right in front of the Hotel there is a very nice paved boardwalk along the beach which reaches for a few kilometers. Ideal for a walk/run along the beach.

Our son is 8 years old and was very keen to visit the water park. However he was not aloud to enter the interesting area with the fast slides because the age limit was 14!! and even with an adult respectively under the supervision of an adult he wasn't allowed to use the facilities. The other section for smaller kids is however only interesting for kids of up to age of 6 or 7. For any child between 8 and 13 it is pretty boring.

About the only thing that disappoints is the lack of seats/chairs. The nice bungalows can accommodate up to 4 people, 2 adults, 2 children, but there is only 1 chair! The only place to sit is on the bed. Outside most of the bungalows is a nice covered space/balcony/terrace but there are no chairs to sit on! There are numerous concrete benches throughout the park but they mostly seem to be out in the sun and certainly not suitable to use midday/afternoon. Even some ultra-cheap plastic chairs would be a bonus.

Large swimming pool and close to the sea. Our bungalow is opposite the pool, so it’s quite a exiting view of all. The acommodation is comfortable, AC went well.

Excellent value. Not very busy which made our stay wonderful. The breakfast buffet is fantastic with lots of variety for western and Asian cuisines. The pool is huge, and really fun to play in for people of all ages. Fantastic area for young children too. we had a waterfront bungalow, and the accordion doors open, fully allowing such a wonderful sunrise with view of the pool end of the sea.

You get what you pay for. This resort must have been to the caliber of a five star resort 20 years ago. It is now a little degraded, less maintained, and in need of some renovations. It still fits like your favorite old pair of jeans. If you are OK, with the odd blemishes, the rips, and the issues, you will find this place wonderful. Like many of the negative reviews say, yes, there are flies around the Buffet... It didn’t bother us. Yes the place could use some maintenance and renovations. It didn’t bother us… only two of the three water slides were operating. oh well. A very great stay overall. The neighbouring Resort, blast some heavy bass music until 2-3 AM.

Everything really. We've been there before and will no doubt go again. The rooms are lovely, clean and well maintained. They are set in a garden environment with an army of staff keeping it all in order. Both the pools are nice but the water park is more exposed to wind. The buffet breakfast is great and very comprehensive with its selection. We didn't eat any other meals in the restaurant. The location may not suit everyone as there is not much around there apart from other resorts but there is no real need to leave the resort, everything is there. Just outside the gates are some small shops selling various items and snacks and local food but the town is a taxi ride away, as is the nearest proper supermarket. The whole bay covered by multiple resorts is one long beach which is clean and tidy and there are various local seafood restaurants at different points. There is a long promanade between the various resorts and the beach which is in better condition than the pavement on the main road and makes a pleasant walk.

I can't really fault this resort. As stated, we've been before, several times, and will go again.

Beautiful beach, clean room and our 3 year old loved the water park. Restaurant offers a range of food from western, Asian to local Vietnamese dishes including chips and things for kids. Hotel arranged a great tour guide for us and recommended some great day trips which helped fill our days here.

Water park needs a bit of maintenance but didn’t affect its use.

We have stayed at this resort numerous times now. It's a great place to enjoy the weather and beaches.

About the only slight criticism I have is that there are not enough outside seats. Some of the bungalows have a nice balcony but there is very limited seating. Each room has only 1 chair when they are designed for a couple or family.

Food and drink were reasonably priced. Plenty of space and low occupancy in general. Was there for a Wedding and they made a great job of supporting that event.

Some maintenance work was needed in certain areas. Considering it has been covid closed, little things like shower heads and door runners could have been repaired, updated or renovated.

I wrote a very detailed review 7 months ago, nothing much has changed apart from the fact the resort had many more guests this time. That meant that the breakfast buffet was available each day and that was very good.

We had a lot of power cuts - thankfully not at night when most people would be asleep with the a/c on. We also had several short water cuts, I guess they were fixing something.
