The villa was spacious and loved the private pool, and one minute walk to the beach. Nice quiet location and easy to catch transport into the main town and other attractions. Nothing was too much trouble for the wonderful staff and appreciated them dropping us off at the local night market, day spa, local shops and restaurants in the buggy, always with a smile 😊 Buffet breakfast had a good selection.

Need to supply glasses, dinner plates and cutlery. Provided a welcome fruit basket but there is no knife to cut it up.

Too dark to stay outside after the sunset. The beds were not comfortable. There was a kitchen but had to pay $50/day to use it.

We are a family of 8 and stayed in a 4 bedroom 2 storey villa with private pool about 100m from the beach. Absolutely brilliant resort in all aspects. Staff are professional, very helpful and very proficient. Villa was modern, ultra clean and extremely comfortable. Bistro which included full buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was 5 star. Pools, beach activities and program activities were great and covered all ages. The sunsets each night are sublime to watch on the beach or from the pool. We had individual staff who chauffeured us and guided us to all the best things to do (thank you Hanna). This was our best family holiday ever and will be back every year from now on. Best resort on Phu Quoc and 5 gold stars. We would not go anywhere else.

Very near the airport, have free bus 2 ways going to the airport. Staffs very nice, helpful, friendly. The room is very clean, feeling comfortable.

I was had dinner in your place, but actually the seafood not fresh, its not specially, and flavor of your chef a little salty. I think you must create more than in your menu, more choice and more special. Cause with your price for one person, it’s very expensive.

The villas are fantastic, great quality building, modern and clean. We loved the option to swim in our Villa Pool, the Resort Main Pool or the beautiful beach. Guests can use free of charge bicycles, kayaks and paddleboards, we used all of these especially the bikes as my daughter and I explored the beachfront and found isolated areas for a swim, although in fairness even in front of the resort their was never many on the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our 5 day stay, the breakfast also offered a great selection. We are looking at booking again next year.

Maybe the garden hedge could be grown a little higher and a fence installed across the Villa entrance to provide more privacy when relaxing by your private pool.

It’s in the middle of nowhere. The shops and restaurants around are below average and there is lack of choice. You can walk to the other resorts for food but the beachside bars/restaurants don’t stay open after sunset. This is very inconvenient as you are told you need to pay extra for the kitchen in the villa (2 million dong) I would never have rented a villa without a kitchen and never in my life I was asked to pay extra for it. We had to ask for glasses and there were no plates, no cutlery or any other kitchen equipment. The buffet breakfast is below average too. They kept making eggs and they were always cold as they were left there. The garden needs some love and the private pool was freezing cold.

- The name includes “spa” but there isn’t one which is misleading - the dining-in menu was very “western” focused and didn’t have as many Vietnamese dishes, which is a shame since the restaurant did have and it was coming from the same kitchen anyways - strange they don‘t just equip the kitchen with some basic plates and cutleries. We got a welcome plate of fruits and hadn‘t we ordered dining-in the first evening, then we wouldn‘t have had the knive to cut the mango for example - the restaurant played all day every day the same piece of classical song.. please broaden your playlist!

Oh and also we had noisy neighbor on the first day(drinking and playing in the pool untill 1:30 am). But after we asked for help, the staff came right away and solved the problem. Thank you so much. - Great private villa and private pool : very individual. Feel like our new house(very comfy). - Location : middle of the island - suitable for moving south and north. Also the resort provided buggy service for the nearby restaurant in Sona Sea. It was really helpful. - Beach : beautiful near beach, great photo spot(swing, bridge etc). We catched the best sunset here!

Almost none, but to be perfect: .provide kids bicycle. .kitchenware can place in house by default (no need to ask for) .the restaurant maybe need to expand, during peak hour often need to wait around 10 minutes for a table. .only 1 bath tub in master room, need to be shared , but it is not a big deal.
