Rooms were very nice and cleaned everyday, the pool is huge and there’s lots of space around it to relax. The staff are by far the most friendly I’ve come across on vacation! Also had a pool table on one of the terraces which was nice. It’s quite a social place to meet people too which is cool.

Music was played really loudly throughout the day - this meant relaxing by the pool with a book was impossible. Even trying to play my own music over headphones was impossible (it was that loud). I did stay over the Tet holiday so this may have been the reason but I’m not sure.

The breakfast was bad no option for vegan. Even after repeatedly told that we dont consume egg, one day the staff said this cookie is without egg and we consumed. Later, the Manager said it contains egg. so they have hurt our sentiments and on the top of it they were laughing while apologizing for their mistake. It was horrible experience with such insensitive staff. At the end the Manager we are sorry and will compensate for the mistake but there was no compensation.

I had the pleasure of staying at Tom Hill Resort and Spa in Phu Quoc, Vietnam, and I must say, it is a true hidden gem. From my last visit, I was impressed to see the many upgrades the resort had undergone. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm welcome from the staff who made me feel right at home. The elegant, well-decorated, and immaculate lobby made for an excellent first impression. My room was a haven in itself, spacious, airy, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches that made my stay even more comfortable. The amenities at Tom Hill Resort and Spa were top-notch. The restaurant served some of the best meals, and the pool was beautifully designed with some upgrades, including sun loungers in the side pool. The resort's location is idyllic, and within a five-minute walk, I found myself on pristine beaches with crystal-clear waters offering breathtaking views. Long walks along the beach and watching the sunset was a magical experience. I must commend the staff for their exceptional service, which made my stay even more memorable. The resort was meticulously clean, well-organized, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and had a deep understanding of the local area. They went out of their way to ensure I had the best possible trip. Overall, Tom Hill Resort and Spa is a fantastic getaway spot perfect for solo travelers or couples looking to unwind and relax in a beautiful location. Despite staying in numerous rooms over the years, I always find myself coming back to Tom Hill Resort and Spa - it truly is a gem. The upgraded front of the property is stunning, and the warm welcome from the staff makes me feel right at home. Although some rooms facing the rear and closest to the empty building may have a small damp smell, I am confident that the resort will address this in the future. Additionally, while the view from the bedroom to the back of the property may need some maintenance, I understand that this may not be owned by Tom Hill Resort. Regardless, the beauty of the upgraded front makes up for any minor issues. I must also note that the staff at Tom Hill Resort and Spa are incredibly attentive and helpful, but there was one male staff member who was a bit too attentive for our liking. While some may enjoy this level of service, it made us feel like we couldn't fully enjoy the facilities at times. Overall, I highly recommend Tom Hill Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. The upgrades to the front of the property are impressive, and I am confident that any minor issues will be addressed in the future.
