We visited during Tet. The beach is practically private. Clean, in general, compared to others in Vietnam. Nice and relaxing environment. The hotel is a family place, popular among Vietnamese families. The staff did not speak much English but they try their best. Huu, from the restaurant, was always willing to help us. We took half board, and the food was Ok, but you get set menus in this case, which was not our preference.

Some guests were not clean and left their rubish on the beach. (after events, fireworks, for ex.). The hotel did not clean this inmediately, neither some common areas. The beach area lack of shades and umbrellas. The breakfast buffet was fine but the staff took too long to refill the food, the plates or the cutlery that was over.

it’s a beautiful seaside resort in border in Phú Yên more than Quy Nhơn . Great breakfast with hot Vietnamese and Western food and good coffee. The sea views from our balcony room was beautiful. we have a private beach that is great for walking or enjoying the sea breeze in our dinner at the resort seaside restaurant. Most impressively is a very lovely and helpful front desk lady, Biển Nhớ, who helped us with any request, whether it’s transportation or ideas of what to do or booking a tour. She even arranged for my wife’s blouse, which she forgot there, to be deliver to us at the next hotel. Biển Nhớ really set the standard for all front desk staff to follow. We would recommend the Resort❣️

The resort itself is in such a gorgeous location, the rooms are big and comfortable, with plenty of space, very well-working aircon, etc., and very close to a variety of notable places to see! Breakfast was really good too, plenty of choice, with really nice rice and rice noodle dishes. The staff were incredible - especially Nho Dang! She helped us organise a driver at the very last minute, and assisted with various travel arrangements.

Nothing major! The beach was fine, but nothing to shout about. We tried a variety of dishes for lunch and dinner, and some of it was amazing, some - less so, but still way better than what we had in Quy Nhon - so I'd say maybe it's more of a Quy Nhon area situation, rather than any sort of problem with the resort itself.

Buffet Breakfast was awesome. I like the decor of the hotel. Staff was friendly. Very tranquil surroundings. I like that there is always a turndown service with little cakes served at my room in the late afternoon.

I wish the staff was able to communicate more in English. It was quite hard to communicate with them due to language barrier. Due to the location, it was hard for staff to get me a taxi and I was nearly late for a wedding that I came to Quy Nhon to attend. For the attempt of looking like a 5-star hotel with his beautiful interior decor, the room does not provide a box tissue and bedroom slippers. The bath taps was also hard to dicipher on how to get the removeable shower head working. I had to get the maintenance staff to show me and also how best to get to the right water temperature.

A private beach next to a fishing village, it’s tranquil and pretty. The staffs were very lovely and trying to do their best. Food was delicious.

The outdoor restaurant has bad smell coming from the drain nearby. Breakfast wasn’t great, everything was cold and there is no salt and pepper on the tables, we had to ask every time.

The views from the rooms are fantastic, so so beautiful. Rooms clean, great bed and shower. Attentive staff, with some of them you could tell they really cared strongly about the place. Beach is beautiful and easy to swim/play in the waves.

The restaurant food wasn't great, especially considering the prices. Lots of options for breakfast though!

Great resort, nice beach directly at the location, pool is very convenient. overall hotel offers great facilities although it doesn’t have a spa / massages.

on our departure the hotel didn’t provide a luggage service from our building to the beginning of the resort although we asked for it as the distance is far and it was raining. all linens were very old, towels were poor quality, bathroom finishes were not maintained well Restaurant was overpriced.

Friendly receptionists. A lovely welcoming. And, I had booked two night too little, but the receptionist arranged a prolongation of our staff to our fullest satisfaction. The view from the resort is very nice and the the breakfast is fine.

Great room, view, matress, nice beach, not crowded at all. Helpful and friendly staff.

There could be some "nice" singing at the weekends events - karaoke. But not for long and it's not to disturbing.

Beautiful, large, quality accommodation with own peaceful beach at the back. The staff were so nice, helpful and did their best to accommodate us when we arrived early from overnight train. This is truly a 5 star resort, yet very affordable.
