We loved the BB spa - excellent staff. Good Breakfast. Beautiful hotel and town.

The staffs at the reception lobby are most helpful and also provide great customer service. I would like to mention a special thank you to a reception Staff - May (hope i get her name right). Not only did she provide great help and advice on where to travel around for sight see, she even pay meticulous attention to pre-emp our needs, like preparing the Hotel buggy for my family of six to pick us up from the hotel Swimming pool complex to return to hotel main lobby, so that we can be on time for our transport back to Railway Station. The hotel rooms (we had the Family Suite and the Deluxe rooms) are all cleaned and well equipped. Hotel breakfast also has a good spread.

Due to the loud activities at the Sapa Centre and nearby restaurants where BB Sapa Resort and Spa is near to，our bedrooms still be disturbed by these loud noise even till 10pm at night. If the hotel room windows can be a little more sound proofed or the curtains can help shield some of these noise，it would have completed the great comfort of this resort. We understand the noise from Sapa Centre and from the streets are not within Hotel control, but sound proofing the windows would help.

An excellent room - great views of the town - and you're not too far out of it. Pretty quiet as you're up on a hill. The spa - 150m up the hill is very nice - decent size pool , sauna , steam room, small gym , massages etc available The staff were really lovely - very friendly and keen to help with anything. we ate in twice - very good and breakfast was tremendous

It was very cold when we were there and the public rooms were pretty chilly despite the fires. Our room was very well heated though

The breakfast was tasty - we always appreciate having an "omelette guy!" And the view at breakfast was outstanding. The view from our third floor room was also fabulous! The staff was able to give us good information regarding the sights we had chosen to see. We were able to be served a delicious lunch outside to enjoy the natural surroundings as well as the food. The room was of regular size and had a balcony. Although it seems hard to believe, the property does have views of the mountains, lake and city. And we enjoyed sitting at the lobby fireplace in the evening.

The bathroom decorating was perhaps a little tired (but there was plenty of hot water and fluffy towels, and it was the only hotel in all of Vietnam to have lotion!)

Really nice layout of rooms around the garden. the room I had was great, nice sized bathroom the bathtub has actual sparkles in it, EPIC bed (I slept in till 12 by mistake it was so good!) and a nice balcony. The dinner was great as well, big open fireplace. Sapa meets Swizz hunting lodge. They let me use the spa for the whole day after I checked out before I left Sapa

The spa is a bit poorly staffed. They sent a technician in to repair the Sauna boiler while I was getting changed, I would expect them to have checked before sending in a male staff member. I was a bit shocked by this.

Great location. Staff at reception was very polite and attentive throughout my stay. Despite the age of the hotel, it was well maintained.

I was at my room balcony enjoying the fresh cool air of Sapa, when out of nowhere I suddenly smelled cigarette smoke, which just spoiled the nice fresh feel i was enjoying. It must have come from the guest from the neighbouring room.

It was so clean & we found the location to be great as a young family. Our toddler was crying for a banana as we were checking out & within minutes one of the staff bought one out for her. They also let us check out at 4pm free of charge as our daughter needed a sleep & we had to wait for our night bus. The customer service was exceptional & so appreciated!

The bed was a little bit hard but still fine!

The property was so beautiful, gorgeous art and sincerely great staff (The Best). The views were so beautiful. The Hotel cleaning was impeccable. The Breakfast was so inviting and delicious and plentiful. All staff treated us with help and utmost respect. A family of three with two rooms, we loved our stay.

Nothing! The property is a wonderland

The beautiful staff members, always so friendly and helpful. The environment of the resort is just amazing, very peaceful and relaxing, a little oasis, lots of comfortable and quiet places to sit & relax. The pool and Spa area was also terrific.

Nothing, a wonderful visit

Formerly known as Victoria Resort and Spa, BB is a well maintained pleasant rustic resort-like hotel with polite helpful staff who will go the extra mile to make your stay a most happy experience. Convenient electric buggy service operates for you to and from central Sapa up to late 10pm. If you are looking for an authentic experience to the minority tribe villages in the countryside away from the main tourist route (complete with an elaborately prepared Hmong lunch in a private Hmong residence), look for Ms Huong, the Resort manager who will introduce you to a genuine experience and affordable private day tour package.

Perhaps the hotel could have informed us that the swimming pool is not heated.
