Room opening on to generous balcony with great views. Lots of fresh air if you wish. Comfortable bed. Good facilities.

Most of the cooked breakfast items were almost cold. Fried items were very oily. They seemed too greedy. I paid extra for an early checkin and we had to wait 2 hours for the hot water to heat up. The room should be ready to use, especially for a shower, when you arrive. They also tried to sell me an expensive private car by trying to convince me how much I would save. This was done when I first arrived and wasn’t yet familiar with the town. I felt I was being exploited.

Our honeymoon at KK Sapa Hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we booked, Sarah from the reception set the tone for exceptional service by reaching out to us via WhatsApp. She thoughtfully offered a complimentary upgrade to celebrate our special trip, which was such a kind gesture. Upon arrival, we were blown away by the beautiful touches in our room—gorgeous flowers, elegant swan towels, and a delicious cake with ‘Happy Honeymoon’ written on it. Sarah and the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel like royalty throughout our stay. Their professionalism and attention to detail were unmatched. Sarah, in particular, was outstanding, organizing all of our trips and ensuring we had all the information we needed to explore Sapa effortlessly. It’s clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests and takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences. The spa could be more professional

This hotel was fantastic, I would highly recommend this to anyone. It offers great facilities, the gym and pool are what you would expect from a hotel like this. The whole of the hotel was very clean, the rooms were good a good size and the beds were very comfortable. I opted to have breakfast which didn't disappoint, it offered a large variety buffet which changed daily. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and very very helpful. They organised all of my trips for me, which was the same price if I did all the organising myself. I would like to individually thank Sarah, she organised all of my trips and organised the roomed to be made up for Valentines day. Thank you, great experience, will be back for sure.

KK Sa Pa Hotel is in a great location with beautiful rooms, but the restaurant food could use some improvement. The Cat Cat Village tour they offer is fantastic, with the sweetest guide. A special thank you to Nancy, who went above and beyond to take care of me, checking in daily via WhatsApp. She's the kindest staff member!

Food in the restaurant needs more vegetarian options. The noodles didn’t taste good tbh. Very very average. Coffee in breakfast isn’t great. Also, the staff needs to tell other guests to be more respectful as so so many guests were yelling in the lobby and corridor.

it was a perfect stay in Sapa. our room was big, roomy and super clean. the staffs were very helpful, especially Sarah. she texted me since beginning and helped me arrange our bus back to hanoi, and getting us tickets to go to Fansipan. she gave recommendations on where to go and checked on us daily, without being bothersome. its so good how she knows her guests that well, and keeping up with their schedules 2 out of 3 days we were there, it was very foggy with light drizzle. so we spent some time just chilling in our room.considering the size and design of the room, there was no issue for us to stay locked in 😄 location also very close to restaurants , but not right in the middle of the busy street, so theres still some peace and quiet. the hotel also has a private lobby for quests with a pool table, to keep their guest busy while they are in the hotel(a plus point for husband and son 😄) a very recommended hotel when visiting Sapa 👍

I had a wonderful stay at KK Sapa, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The hotel is stunning, with breathtaking views of the Sapa mountains and beautifully designed rooms that are both cozy and luxurious. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A special shoutout to Sarah, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. She was always attentive, making sure all our needs were met and checking in regularly to ensure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality and thoughtful follow-ups truly made a difference in our experience. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and caring team member, and Sarah’s efforts made us feel valued and well taken care of. Overall, KK Sapa exceeded all expectations from the excellent amenities to the fantastic staff. Thank you again for a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

The room was spacious and clean with a perfect view. We tried to use early check-in service because our bus arrived at 7 am in the morning, however we couldn't because the rooms were fully booked at the day. Instead of that, the hotel provided free shower service at their swimming pool and we were able to add breakfast. The breakfast was super nice! Additionally, even though we had lots of troubles with water in Vietnam, KK Hotel's water was clean enough. (We were able to see through the shower filter that we brought) I saw some reviews that the location is far from the town, but it was close enough actually.

There were a group tour members in the hotel and brought some event at the conference hall. It was quite noisy.

It was clean and spacious. Sarah was so incredibly helpful, she stayed in touch from pre-arrival till post-departure. She also helped us with tickets to Fansipan which saved us so much hassle, and had the tickets sent to us on Whatsapp even before we had paid. Super efficient. They arranged some amenities for our honeymoon which was very nice as well. The view from the large balcony was just wow, magnificent!!

They do tend to host some tour groups, so it can get hectic in the lobby, driveway and breakfast.

We had a fantastic stay at KK Sapa. the customer service was truely outstanding. Special shout out to Sarah from reception who contacted me before the stay to make sure everything goes smoothly. We got a free upgrade to the suite which was absolutely stunning and huge. Sarah helped us check in way before official check in time. We arrived at 7am after a sleeper train from Hanoi, the hotel allowed us to store our luggage and use the swimming pool and shower facilities in the spa area. breakfast was a great selection of all kind of foods.

It is a fantastic hotel with an amazing staff and many amenities. I would definitely come back again. Spa services are excellent (they provide a delicious tea while waiting in the reception area) and the business lounge area upstairs is wonderful to just enjoy the view and get comfortable. Rooms are clean and well furnished. The room service service was for a reasonable price. My stay was flawless thanks to the receptionist Lucy, she provided amazing support and answered all my questions. Great experience.

I was happy with absolutely everything but the view. Being in the mountainous terrain, it gets foggy from time to time. It also depends on the time of the year.
