Beautiful property , well maintained & polite/ helpful staff . They provide currency exchange services as well . The staff also help you navigate and arrange transport . The breakfast is nice and staff at the restaurants are very polite. The spa service is awesome but need to book in advance.

The check in procedure can be bit organised . In the morning we arrived early and we were asked to wait for a while without anyone attending to us .

There’s a bit of a feeling that everything is an extra cost.. whether it’s threatening to charge for ‘excess food waste’ at breakfast, or the high price of water, or the fact the sauna is £10 an hour, it does just feel like they’re squeezing money out of you a bit.

The hotel is beautiful with great facilities. The staff were excellent especially Steve. Steve’s attention to detail is really evident, it was nice that he took the time to chat to us and give us advice. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel, such great selection and all delicious!

When we visited the weather was quite bad so it would have been nice if the indoor pool was warmer, we were told it was heated but it was very cold when we were there. Also we were waiting quite some time for staff to appear at the desk for the pool. We went ahead and started to use the gym, another guest was in the gym with two small kids and was even breastfeeding in there while we were using the gym. It was very dangerous to have such small children in the gym and we couldn’t find any staff to tell them. When the staff did arrive they gave out to use for not using our shoes in the gym. We tried to tell her about the children in the gym but she couldn’t understand us. I think the level of English needs to be improved for some of the staff to help in situations like this.

This is the best stay in a resort i had in my entire life. Silk Path Grand Sapa is so perfect. The staff are great, especially the restaurant staff and the spa lady she was so good with her job i wish to deliver a special thanks to her The room is very good with a fantastic view of fansipan mountain Food is delicious and perfect I recommend this resort to anyone who can afford a five-star resort stay in sapa, you won't regret it Thanks everyone for the great vacation you gave me and I hope to return to Sapa one day.

Just a small note about the swimming pool I wish it was warmer. For me, I could handle the temperature because I am a professional swimmer, but I saw other people leave so fast because the pool wasn't warm enough

We stayed two nights at the Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa and had a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully designed, with a layout that feels spacious and serene, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste. If you're looking for a place to unwind and spend quality time surrounded by comfort and tranquility, this resort is an excellent choice. We loved every moment and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa!

The hotel is up the hill from the city. They have a shuttle service so it is easy to get down to the city if you want to have dinner there or see all the shops. Because of the location of the hotel is in a quiet surrounding with a beautiful view of the mountains. The garden is perfectly kept, and it is very relaxing to walk around the premises or have a coffee outside. The staff is not only very welcoming, but extremely attentive. whenever you need something, they will do anything to help you. The breakfast buffet is fantastic and even if you come late, everything is still available and the choice of food is delicious. It is really five star!

For improvement in the hotel there is nothing that comes to mind. I just suggest for people who come to that area of Vietnam in the spring to bring warm clothes, good boots for hiking and raincoats.

Situated among picturesque mountains, it offers views that are simply breathtaking. Every morning began with me waking up, enjoying a panorama that is impossible to forget. I have never seen such silence and purity of air anywhere. The feeling that you are in the heart of nature, where even time slows down so that you can enjoy every moment. The hotel staff is a special pride. Professionalism, care and attention to detail are simply amazing. Each employee sincerely strives to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from simple advice to more complex requests. You can immediately feel that they are truly proud of their hotel and love their work. I can’t help but mention the spa treatments — it was a real relaxation for the body and soul. The massage I received not only relaxed me, but also left me with a feeling of lightness and peace. Everything was impeccable: from the decor and atmosphere to the professionalism of the therapists. You can feel that there is a lot of experience and attention to each client behind this. The hotel grounds are not just a space, they are a whole world that you want to dive into again and again. Walks in the garden, relaxing on the terrace, a cup of coffee with a view of the mountains — all this creates a unique atmosphere of peace and harmony. And, of course, I couldn’t help but mention the hotel’s cuisine — the dishes are always hot, delicious and beautifully presented. We ordered food to our room, and every time it was a real gastronomic delight! It is truly rare when the food in a hotel is so delicious and fresh.

One of the more expensive hotels we took during our stay in Vietnam, but boy how happy we are with this place. This is a high class hotel and we felt it is great value for money! The resort is huge and spotless clean and beautifully designed wherever you look. The restaurant, although higher priced than most restaurants in Sapa, is amazing. Both the Western and Asian menu is amazing!!! We found ourselves eating here (or ordering to our room) every night! When the weather is clear, the view surrounding the resort is breathtaking! We took two connecting rooms for our family (two adults and two teenagers) and they were beautiful with great space, beautiful touch and design, and again, spotlessly clean. Location was a bit far to walk to city centre, but the shuttle every hour was amazing. You can also take a grab for less than $1.50 if needed. To top off this great review, THE STAFF! The staff at reception always welcoming and helpful with arranging taxis to attractions and any questions or requests we had. Plenty of staff all around the resort, always greeting you with a smile. Thank you for an amazing stay 🙏❤️

Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa was a wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is elegant and beautifully designed, but also so comfortable that we felt at home right away. Every detail seemed carefully thought out to create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was so accommodating, always ready with a smile and genuinely happy to help. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Nora, in particular, was amazing—she encouraged us to try new experiences and gave us fantastic advice on what to see and do. Thanks to her, we explored the Glass Bridge, admired the gorgeous waterfalls, and took an unforgettable trip on the Fansipan cable car and saw an amazing garden. We wouldn’t have discovered half of these adventures without her guidance!

Honestly, there’s nothing negative to say about our experience at Silk Path Grand Sapa Resort & Spa. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations—from the accommodation to the exceptional service.

The rooms were spacious, toilets were clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast spread was good because some there was variety from local vietnamese food to western style buffets. The daily buffet menu items also changed daily, adding to the spread. Free buggy service to/fro the hotel lobby and city centre was very convenient and needed. Just note that if the hourly buggy service is full, you may need to wait another 10-15 minutes for the next ride. The spa and massage was very good and the spa area was well ewuipped with many amenities such as a jacuzzi, sauna room, shower room.
