Decent breakfast, comfortable room and nice view.

Cannot open the window because the hotel locks it. Too bad as there is no fresh air in the room. Very inconsistent in pricing. I booked with the hotel reception one day before and she said price was A, confirmation via Zalo. Then few hours later, she updated the price via Zalo - Price B (800k more expensive). No explanation for why there was a change in price. Very disrespect to your customers. In the end I have to book via Booking.

As a regular visitor to Vinpearl Tay Ninh before the Melia merger, I was pleased to see that the high standards have been maintained. There is nothing close to this quality in Tay Ninh, yet the price is reasonable.

I think the breakfast price should be lower, food in the area nearby is far better value. I think the cafe in the main reception could be way better. If they had quality smoothies like the cafe of the Sunrise Hotel, I would be likely to get one every day.

The hotel is very beautiful, clean, well maintained and the beds are large and extremely comfortable. The staff are always helpful and very friendly. The restaurant food is good quality as is the room service from the same kitchen, plus the breakfast buffet is well stocked for choice.

During my stay I accidently smashed one of the glasses in the room. Upon checking out I was advised I had to pay for the damaged glass at 42,000 VND ($1.81USD). Rooms at the hotel cost around $80.00USD upwards. I was happy to pay for the damage, however I mentioned to the manager charging for the glass was petty and the sort of action that will loose customers. If it was intentional I get up, but accidental, they should just accept the damage and move on.

Common toilet at lobby area should not open to public use. Few girls were inside, locked the door and did their make up and hairdo, making alot of noises.

In my room, the ACs are having a wall mounted remote control which is annoying. It is not helpful when you have a small baby with you. It's better to have a portable remote control. Also the swimming pool is bit smaller than expected but is manageable if not crowded.

The location is great. Lots of coffee shops around and there is a Vincom Plaza in the same building. Staff is very kind and helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The bed and pillow are excellent. Swimming pool is beautiful. The breakfast is various and delicious. Really a nice experience in Melia Vinpearl Tay Ninh.

it’s as good as perfect , that’s what I stayed here again . parking is spot on for the bikes and they are safe . everything works as it should

Great Room, great view (even the city view was absolutly stunning), clean. Service personell speaking english and is very friendly!

Restaurant. Ordered a pizza with ham, chili and extra cheese. Got a pizza hawaii. Pizza was not great. Better visit "Bistro La Dem"
