Nice room, many activities, many swimming pools and then restaurants and bars for the evening. Lots to keep people entertained. Shuttle bus from Saigon

Cost of meals Smoking in certain floors and areas like Casino, Nightclub and other areas. You can smell smoke in many areas of hotel. Why is hotel risking health of start and patrons for the sake of a few grubby gamblers who want to double or nothing their mountains of cash? Hotel orientated very much at the Chinese gamblers and locals are excluded. Why are the ladies in the very revealing clothes paraded out the front of the Roxy nightclub in the main lobby??? We can only guess as one such obvious activity is not allowed under the law...

Very clean with grand decor. Luxurious clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff and awesome pool and beach. Free use of pool tables in Fuel and Grand Bistro. Gym has everything you need.

Very quiet with little to no atmosphere (maybe time of year and weekday). Virtual golf, bowling and drinks cost same as home. Golf at the Bluffs is expensive for non-golfers, $350 for hire of clubs/buggy and 9 holes.

We loved the entire place. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating, the whole facility is very clean and well maintained, the food from all the restaurants were amazing! The setup of the strip is perfect for family as you can have everything at one place-there are multiple of pools, beach, arcade center, cinema, food court restaurants, spa, bar, club and casino

All the options for kids, the facilities and the staff were all fantastic! One stop shop to relax and have options to keep the kids busy! There's a movie theatre inside along side a bowling alley and arcade and 10 different pools to choose from with a beautiful view. The view from the room was amazing with an early morning sunrise!

- Clean room, nice furniture, very soft and comfortable bed and pillow - The beach is clean, the water is clear, the waves are moderate, so swimming are very enjoyable - Lots of swimming pools with a depth of about 1.4m. There is a pool area for children - The breakfast buffet is a bit limited, but good quality - Service staff are friendly and enthusiastic

- There are no plastic slippers in the room to go to the pool or beach, a bit inconvenient for guests, if you want to use them, you have to buy. - I am a Genius 2 customer of Booking.com, but when I checked in there was no welcome fruit or chocolate - Doorbell did not open the door when guests entered the check-in lobby - Many restaurants, but few directions, so it's a bit difficult to find and the restaurant is often full if you don't book in advance

The facilities were great. Location was beautiful, the only let down was the staff. MOST were amazing, but definitely some rude, abrupt, maybe even racist staff. Very disappointing in this regard and should be taken into account before booking.... Would only recommend 1-2 nights maximum.

Everything is beautiful and classy there. Ita the most beautiful hotel Ive been too.

Services need to be more personalized. Staff at the breakfast restaurant refused to serve at times. Pools full of guests and kids jumping to the pools in t shirts and pants. Disgusting but guards did little to remind those guests.

it’s a beach hotel, should have provided guests with beach slippers. Also once of the breakfast table at Churchill’s (Ginger did not have space on the weekend) was rocking. The bus trip back to Ho Chi Minh city was pretty substandard (loud kids, one of the curtains were missing)

The facilities were incredible and the rooms were super luxurious. The spacious room featured beds that were incredibly comfortable and the bathroom was huge. The shower pressure was amazing. Buffet breakfast was a 10/10 and the poolside cocktail service was fantastic.
