Sweetest staff, they helped my Wife get to the airport at 330am.

The hotel is so clean, the Owner very humble and gentle, speaks good English of course he does speak a good Vietnamese language as well, price are good, no noise, streaming facility in your room, I watched match of the day ( Arsenal washing out Newcastle) sorry I had to put this comment because I stayed in few hotels in Hanoi and they didn't have this bonus. Breakfast very nice 👍,on my next trip to Hanoi I will be staying I will be going around tourist area but I will make sure that in the night I come back to Chio hotel, whoever reading this and wish to visit Hanoi, we are told to be around old quarter but it's too busy and noisy, do everything and have a good rest in nice hotel, I can't fault anything at Chio hotel

Just one night, I felt like I robbed myself the peace by spending many days in old quarter and make this my last day but lesson learned 😞

The staff are great and certainly went out of their job to help us. Chio hotel make our stayed enjoyable and memorable experience. They invited me to take the lunch with out fee with them, some of the local Vietnamese food really nice. The location of the hotel was very convenient. I will come back soon!

Good, comfortable budget accommodation close (2km) to Noibai International Airport (Hanoi). English speaking owner always tries to accommodate any needs and organised a cheap car transfer to Hanoi city for me. The hotel is in a quiet street with easy access to the airport by car.

As a nervous lone traveller the manager's calm manner was really helpful. Picked me up personally from the airport for only $5.... My flight was over an hour late. Organised several trips for me around Hanoi and personally prepared breakfast early on these days. Stayed in touch with me during my 3 night stay in Hanoi and arranged a pick up from my Hanoi hotel for my return to Chio to catch my flight the next day. Very attentive. Upgraded me as a better room was available. Can't fault it. Will use this hotel again when I return next year.

We had a wonderful stay at Chio hotel. Great amenities and spacious living areas both indoors and outdoors. Great location, Easy to communicate with. Would recommended Chio for every one.

Clean rooms, easy to find and close to the airport. The woman on reception was very good on the evening I arrived.

Not the fault of the property but the taxi driver I had was VERY unhappy with me as I was only riding a short distance and not all the way into the city. He stopped just out of the airport and spent ages checking the location before pointing out the hotel was close by, which I already knew. He wasn’t happy at all so be prepared for an issue with such a short taxi ride.

Friendly owner who gave us a bigger room as a free upgrade. It is cheap and "close" to the airport. It is some distance but if you don't have big luggage it is definitely possible to walk it! With a big suitcase it would still be possible but when we were there part of the walking path was still under construction so it would be hard to move the suitcase and also in some parts you have to walk close to the big street (which wasn't a problem late in the evening and the early morning since there was not much traffic so it felt safe to walk there)

Very close to airport, so it was perfect for a night before flying out early next morning. The room was great, there was a food outlet right across the street, and they supplied a ride to the airport even though I had to be there at 5 am. ($5 US dollars / 130,000 VND) Much appreciation to Quan, my driver, for getting me to the airport so early! (Quan speaks very good English, as well. Nice to be able to converse with your driver). Nice hotel close to airport. We had a flight early in the morning and we were worried to miss it, so this why we preferred to stay close to airport. The airport and hotel is very far from the city center/Old Quarter, so you won't find many options to eat and other services in the neighborhood, but there is a good café and restaurant crossing the street. They gave us a room upgrade and also oferred a ride to the airport for a very good price.
