Comfortable, large, clean room, I was on the 4th floor with a nice view of the city. Definitely worth the slightly higher price to get a room with a window! The cheapest rooms do not have windows. Good wifi and air conditioning, lovely linens on the bed. Everyone on staff was very friendly and courteous. I felt welcomed.

The mattress was super firm; as a side sleeper I would have appreciated a soft cushiony layer on top. A suggestion for the hotel: invest in mattress toppers for a few of your nicer rooms on the upper floors and charge a higher rate for those rooms. I would gladly have paid more for such an amenity.

First I would absolutely recommend anyone to visit Laayoune, it's a really nice city with friendly and humble people who will do their best for you to feel good. The Hotel is clean, comfortable and very well located. The staff is really helpful. After check out I left my money belt with dollars and important stuff and it was the personnel in the hotel who contacted me to give it back in the most professional way. Not a single dollar or paper was missing. If I go back to Laayoune, I would definitely stay at Sahariano again without any doubt.

The first day my friend asked in reception if he could leave his power bank charging while it was check in time. He left his charger and the power bank, and when we went back the power bank was just charged a little and they were using the charger themselves.

The room was very clean , the bed was comfortable, the tv worked and we had access to Netflix and YouTube . I can't complain about the room .

What bothered me was that the receptionist lady wanted our marriage document! I don't get it , I'm not Muslim nor from Morocco so why should I prove them that we are married. What if we weren't ?! We were simply tourists from Germany. And when I booked the place I didn't find anything on the website mentioning people should bring their marriage papers along! I really felt offended.

I am originally from the region but I am settled in the capital of the kingdom. Thus, I have already stayed in different hotels in my visits for work in laayounne. However, I haven’t enjoyed my stays in most if not all of them for different reasons. Therefore, before my latest visit to laayounne I decided to book with booking since all the well known hotels did not meet my expectations. Which resulted in my latest stay in Sahariano. By all means it was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience that has exceeded my expectations for the following reasons: First of all, the hotel is located in the city center which due to the nature of my visit was very helpful. Secondly, the staff were very professional, helpful and welcoming. Thirdly, and most importantly the owner of the hotel takes personal care of its customers making their stay very comfortable. Finally, from a personal level, as a Moroccan Sahrawi I am very proud that a hotel as Sahariano exists the region.

Nothing in particular

Great staff, very friendly reception staff and helpful with good recommendations for eateries. Modern rooms, very clean, comfy bed, great air con, central location, good price for the high quality, near to eateries, supermarkets and stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The more expensive rooms are much bigger and better, so worth the extra charge but my smaller room was great for a single person stay. Street parking available nearby.

Poor WiFi as kept cutting out n only worked at desk. If I moved to the bed it lost signal. Late at night it seems to shut down completely. Design of shower meant that water flooded bathroom floor after each use, necessitating a mop up with a towel afterwards. No shelf/space to place personal toiltries in bathroom. Soundproofing window does not close properly hence street noise can be somewhat heard. Small issues that would not stop me rebooking however.

I have stayed for 20 nights so far, and the staff was exceptional; Fatim Zahra, Kenza, and Khalil were amiable, which makes a difference as it feels like family, and I probably wouldn't have stayed this long if there weren't such a fantastic staff here. The hotel is excellent and clean and has a nice city view since it's located in the city's center. I surely will book this same hotel again and again whenever I get the chance to visit Laayoune in the future.

Wifi is a little bit slow on the 4th floor but excellent on the 3rd floor as I have stayed in both. Room 404 didn't have towel holders, but they will probably add that soon.

It is a very nice little hotel, clean and centrally located with access to everything right round the corner. Great value for budget travellers. The best thing that I loved about this place was the hotel staff. I have visited more than 50 different countries during my 67 long years of life, and I have stayed in all kinds of hotels but the staff of this hotel was exceptionally of high quality, smiling, friendly and ready to help you during any time of the day! The best thing that was to be noticed about the staff is that they are not mechanical. They mean when they smile and they throw their heart in order to provide you every possible comfort. My very special thanks to the Boss & the Manager Miss Chayma, with equally best regards for Miss Laila, and Mr. Khatri; in fact every body else there-the names of which I may not remember. They genuinely like their job and they help you as if your were their family!!

The hotel is new and thus in the making and developing. It would be very nice if they could also provide a small refrigerator, a water kettle for boiling water and a few utensils in the rooms.

Excellent Hotel, clean. AC working perfectly. Reception always open. Personnel speaks Arabic, French and English. Lift is available and works fine. Had to extend my stay, not a problem at all. Only "issue": Be aware of check-in times. If you are early rooms might not be ready yet. But not a problem, there is an excellent café close by to spend the time.

Nice rooms, but not really a hotel: more a building with rooms and a small reception. No common areas to sit down with friends or colleagues. No bars, breakfast, etc. The windows in the rooms can't be opened. Rooms can feel a bit claustrophobic.

The location is really good but the best of the hotel is the superb staff. Mr. Nour and Ms Siham, Ms Kenza, Ms Houda and Ms Fatimaezzahra were truly helpful and kind. They are a surplus for the hotel, a superb asset, without any doubt. The housekeeping staff was so quiet, unlike in many other hotels where they are really noisy.

The room I was had a problem with soundproof because there’s a gap on the window. This should be fixed because I checked other room and it hadn’t this problem.
